Thank you @printshoporg, friends, fam and everyone who visited the booth @ifpda and saw my print “Untitled, or self portrait as a poem” 2025.
AND congrats to @powerhouse_arts @annshafer7 + @luther.printshop on year 2 of the incredibly potent #brooklynfineartprintfair where my print “Fall Of Man” 2024 was on view. To show in both fairs offering something that is appreciated by peers friends mentors and (s)heroes means da 🌍 cause the print community has sharp eyes, steady hands, and big hearts.

my new artist website 🚀 🔜
based on a recent series of #cyanotype prints, my intention was to desolve boundaries between #printmaking and #webart.
after noticing that few artists or galleries take websites as a serious medium of expression. Go to your favorite artist’s website you’ll see what I mean. Just doing me opening doors of #possibility. I hope this makes folks brave and inspired toward their own goals.

#ivanforde ivanfordestudio innovation webart

Last Friday, artist Ivan Forde (@workdaily) was in conversation with curator Dr. Christine Checinska (@checinskachristine), celebrating his series ‘Eternal Seas’ (2023), made in collaboration with BIONIC (@bionicyarn). The artworks offer profound commentary on the complex relationships between historical manufacturing sites, synthetic textile innovation, and global trade. Through this installation, Forde uses BIONIC high-performance textiles made from recovered marine and coastal plastic.

Ivan Forde x Bionic Yarn present: Eternal Seas 2025.
🌊🌊🌊
Aligned with textile company Bionic Yarn’s work of repurposing of waste from coastal communities and marine ecosystems and transforming it into high performance textiles, artist Ivan Forde uses this material to depict new poetic visions of fictional and real bodies of water across the world. ETERNAL SEAS for BTB25 is situated in, and considers connections between, historic sites of manufacturing, synthetic textile innovation and trade in New York City, Northern England and beyond.

Following Forde and Bionic’s first collaboration presented at the New York Cotton Exchange in 2023, this installation at Haworth Art gallery in Accrington is comprised of three original artworks from Forde’s ongoing series of seascapes. Situated in conversation with the gallery’s 18th century oil painting “Storm Off The Coast” by Vernet, and their notable collection of Tiffany glass.

Appreciated every single word of feedback and encouragement from visitors. Support provided by, and major gratitude to the following brilliant minds who made these potent connections and brought much care to the work throughout the process..wouldn’t have been possible without you!

Lower East Side Printshop is pleased to announce a new benefit edition by artist Ivan Forde (Keyholder ’14) to commemorate the 20th year in its spacious new home in Midtown West.

Ivan Forde is a contemporary artist based in New York, working across photography, printmaking, collage, sound performance, and installation. His benefit edition “Untitled, or Self Portrait (as a poem)” marks an uncommon title for the artist, who rarely frames his work as self-portraiture, though he often appears within the landscapes inspired by poetry found within his art practice. Created after meaningful time in London and Tokyo for exhibitions, the piece reflects the influence of Japanese aesthetics in its deliberate use of open space. It considers what is expressed and left unspoken, as well as how nature, here symbolized as a bird, is intricately situated inside the body. This piece allows space to meditate on how our bodies are tied to the environment in often unseen or unexpressed ways.

Link in bio to acquire the benefit edition and support the future of the Lower East Side Printshop and its programs.

It was great to have ‘Eternal Seas’ artist Ivan Forde @workdaily in conversation with our artistic director Laurie Peake last night, as part of the launch event for our exhibitions at Haworth Art Gallery.

We also had curators @amberbutchart and @cwellesleysmith show guests around their BTB exhibition The Synthetic Revolution!

Both of these exhibitions, along with the many others in our programme are now open! Please see our website and free @bloombergconnects digital guide for our full programme, venue opening days and times, access information, events, workshops and more (link in bio) 🔗

View Instagram Stories in Secret

The Instagram Story Viewer is an easy tool that lets you secretly watch and save Instagram stories, videos, photos, or IGTV. With this service, you can download content and enjoy it offline whenever you like. If you find something interesting on Instagram that you’d like to check out later or want to view stories while staying anonymous, our Viewer is perfect for you. Anonstories offers an excellent solution for keeping your identity hidden. Instagram first launched the Stories feature in August 2023, which was quickly adopted by other platforms due to its engaging, time-sensitive format. Stories let users share quick updates, whether photos, videos, or selfies, enhanced with text, emojis, or filters, and are visible for only 24 hours. This limited time frame creates high engagement compared to regular posts. In today’s world, Stories are one of the most popular ways to connect and communicate on social media. However, when you view a Story, the creator can see your name in their viewer list, which may be a privacy concern. What if you wish to browse Stories without being noticed? Here’s where Anonstories becomes useful. It allows you to watch public Instagram content without revealing your identity. Simply enter the username of the profile you’re curious about, and the tool will display their latest Stories. Features of Anonstories Viewer: - Anonymous Browsing: Watch Stories without showing up on the viewer list. - No Account Needed: View public content without signing up for an Instagram account. - Content Download: Save any Stories content directly to your device for offline use. - View Highlights: Access Instagram Highlights, even beyond the 24-hour window. - Repost Monitoring: Track the reposts or engagement levels on Stories for personal profiles. Limitations: - This tool works only with public accounts; private accounts remain inaccessible. Benefits: - Privacy-Friendly: Watch any Instagram content without being noticed. - Simple and Easy: No app installation or registration required. - Exclusive Tools: Download and manage content in ways Instagram doesn’t offer.
