I saw the video and just felt her tears, pain and blessing to just be recognised like it says- you are doing alright. I then found her on IG and bought 3 bags.

My father was a man of great kindness, always there for people. Today, on his remembrance day, I honor him by recognizing the incredible network of support that has uplifted me.

The past two years of WMS have been a testament to this support, and I am profoundly thankful for every bit of encouragement you’ve offered.

Women Makers 2026 came together in the most beautiful way, from the powerful keynote by @tayo.kd , to our panel sessions, art therapy with @inileye , fireside chat with the Head of Lagos Innovates (LSETF), @lsetf @lagosinnovates business assistance room and the pitchathon with @zedcrest . Every moment reminded me why this matters. A room full of women showing up, sharing, learning, building, and pouring into each other in the most genuine way. Many thanks to the Lagos State Ministry of Tourism, Arts and Culture for endorsing and supporting us.

To my family and friends, thank you for holding me up in ways I can’t always explain. To our delectable hosts, panelists, speakers, sponsors and supporters,thank you for believing in this vision and helping us bring it to life.

To my amazing team… I don’t even have enough words. Thank you for your sacrifice, your long hours, your belief, and your commitment to building something bigger than all of us. You showed up fully, every single time.
