Taking place January, 22–25, 2026 during SF Art Week, ATRIUM brings together 20+ galleries presenting focused selections from their programs—plus SKYLIGHT ABOVE, an upstairs exhibition of artist-run spaces.

Taking place at Minnesota Street Project as a part of Skylight Above, a grouping of artist-run spaces curated by Jonathan Runcio as a part of Atrium Fair.

Visually distinct yet remarkably complementary, Dong and Staley take unique approaches to processing grief, anxiety, and pressures imposed by power structures in a post-capitalist landscape, arriving at very singular destinations. Staley creates functional and sculptural pieces meant to be used, filled, interacted with.They have held various materials - ashes, essences, hormones and meds, flowers, questions, prayers, intentions, and offerings - rituals that provide for individual and collective relation to the intangible through physical objects and acts. Dong addresses similar issues with a different approach. Using materials that don’t naturally belong together, layering, reusing segments from old pieces for new work, balancing chaos and order, they imbue each piece with a sense of humor and play. This lightheartedness on the surface reveals a seriousness underneath, utilizing joyous paradigms to investigate how systems of power, control, and productivity affect us internally, down to the molecular level.
