Sticking a dirty thumb in the eye of fate, our third collaboration sees our marrow deep family malarky turn official as Pace Yourself teams up with YS’s own imprint Erf Records for a split release.

Burn is the second YS album and written as a direct follow-up album to Brutal Flowers. If their first album was an exercise in the incremental, a construction of poise and patience, Burn, should be taken way the fuck at it’s word: it quite literally finds catharsis in twisted reverse. Birthed out the malignant kick found in deconstruction and chaos. The hit is radical and instant: a new way for the world to go up in smoke.

Dunno quite what YS have been ingesting of late but this massively twisted LP touches on a host of gloriously fucked totemic underground sources while not sounding much like any of them. Struggling to conceal their tongues in their cheeks there’s an air of paranoia and proto-conspiracy theory. Leaving you feeling like you’ve stepped into a New World Order.

Burn like other works by YS, is its own ritual beast. ‘Moth’, a track which has been knocking about the underground deejai circuit for many moons, is a real raw slice of stoner erotica reeking of obsession. Elsewhere, on tracks like ‘Switch’, ‘Trying’ and ‘Drift’ the throughline from Brutal Flowers can be heard. Underneath the driving heavy gravity the trademark emotional intimacies of YS linger: eternal recurrence, ghosts of static and shortwave, worn memories of the playful and painful sort. The brief moments where flashes of orchestral ambience get out from underneath the swagger are so pure, personal and unguarded that for a moment they leave you completely lonesome.

A dubbed to death classic straight out of the annals of nowhere. A perfect postcard from oblivion. A bleak, bold and personally ferocious vision of tomorrow, cauterising infected suburban minds world over. - Jack Anderson (@jankanderson_)

Leon and I have made music for years now, and these songs fell into place & made sense as an LP. Huge love & thanks go out to Jack (@jankanderson_ )and Ryan (@___walden____ ) from @paceyourself_records for picking up on these tracks and really believing in it (and like all good deals made, sealed through a spit shake) This was all the way back from a rogue broadcast back in lockdown era. Everything here was made around the last half of 2019 & finalised throughout 2020-2022 and here it is now, in the last quarter of 2023 in physical form. We are glad for the patience because it is how it should be. Shouts out to @rubadub for reppin this release.

Somehow all in motion, this was the quiet soundtrack and project that saw us through the last couple years, through so many weird times. This album is a secret tunnel, in hopes of getting through to you. Shouts out to Dropbox, the internet, pain, patience, love and the undying urge to want to make something… Although it took a while to get it here, everything’s always right on time. As we like to say “we hit fast cities make the sound worldwide, for the people who cry to hear something new”

Anyway, buy the fucking record / digital 🗡️ !

All music by Leon Wan & Nipuna Jayasekera (@l_professionel) (@born_slip_e)

Shouts out to Dropbox, the internet, pain, patience, love and the undying urge to want to make something… Although it took a while to get it here, everything’s always right on time. As we like to say “we hit fast cities make the sound worldwide, for the people who cry to hear something new”

Anyway, buy the fucking record / digital 🗡️ !

Sound Collage / Stream-of-consciousness Spoken Word made with Alex Bienstock (@nice_and_modest_bienstock) during the tail end of 2020. Officially released December 25, 2021 on @erf.records.

“These two cuts emerge as dense atmospheric dirges. A syndicate of sound & stream-of-consciousness spoken word deliveries caught in the flow-state, probing and riding the sensor ’Poetic logic in chaos’ A seepage of information, jumbled buzz words, thoughts & statements, humor & doom. Processings from the overload, floating in the concentrated sonic space of elucidated pathos. A vivid monologue in fleet, where nothing lands on concrete. It doesn’t matter what it 'means', as long as we can get between things”

ERF Records present a collection of sound works from YS for Little Virgil’s (@_littlevirgil) “Night Prayer” originally exhibited at inter.pblc, Copenhagen 31.10.25

Developed by YS in mid-2025, following an open brief, these tracks were composed for Emil Grüner’s (@emilgryner) exhibition alongside texts by Sun Yung Shin, Francesca Kritikos, Brandon Shimoda, and Mary-Alice Daniel. Later reproduced as screen-printed bed linen by both Grüner & Jacob Møller, installed throughout the exhibition.

Presented here as “Night Prayer Instrumentals” - 8 sonic interpretations of nightly modes, ranging from abstract hypnagogic drifts to glitched out insomniac overloads. Link in bio.

Thanks to everyone involved, and those who helped along the way.

What began as a personal retrospect at a point of transition in my practice has unfolded into a deeper inquiry into my relationship with space and performance. This platform has allowed me to lead with intuition and impulses, meandering into new but familiar territories to shape this experiment intersecting space, sound, and body.

In response to @scapesg theme, Softer Systems, we first acknowledge the visible and invisible forms of violence that take root within us. Through exploring the human condition, our emotional, mental & spiritual states, this process has been both affirming and nourishing, making space for connection while surfacing themes of fracture, resilience, and transformation.

Vortex is a spatial enquiry shaped by somatic movement and sonic layering. Led by myself, in collaboration with @y_systems , @l_professionel @born_slip_e , and @madjellywithskelly , we navigate flow and resistance together. We hope to immerse audiences in a journey where space, sound, and body intersect. Gently held by @pearnad0l and steadily supported by @xenagch and @pauluap333

We look forward to welcoming you.

So Autumn’s over. What’s next? Winter?
Here is the full video (after figuring out how to upload the whole thing) An ode to the yellowest leaf. Autumn’s OST. Shouts out Tom Green. Shouts out Oxymen Girls.

Music by YS (Nipuna Jayasekera & Leon Wan)
Filmed by Florence Scott-Anderton
Edited by Nipuna Jaysekera
Released 2023 on Pace Yourself Records

A song made back in 2020 by Leon & Nipuna. Filmed by Florence in 2022. Edited by Nipuna for the release of YS’s album ‘Brutal Flowers’ which was released Autumn of 2023. Subsequently the video was never released. Here it is, four autumnal passings later & right on time as per usual. This is ‘Autumn’s OST’ the only ‘OST’ for Autumn ever made fr. An ode to the yellowest leaf, walking through parks, watching young kites fall up and down, drug paraphernalia on the ground. There’s something to be found in everything, even a broken crackpipe.

Full video: LINK IN BIO

“The yellowest leaf,
I have ever seen,
Magic autumn leaf,
O’ where have you been?
Up on the tree,
Or on the ground,
Magic autumn leaf… you whisper,
Making hardly a sound,
Yellow as… urine,
You fall from the sky,
I love you autumn leaf,
I love you” - Tom Green

‘Non Partial’ is out now on Erf Records
(link in bio)

“The latest release from YS. Music made during 2023, through the online exchange of files, finally realised in real life during the dead of winter in Berlin at Studio Asbestos. An epic mini-album condensed into 4 tracks exhibiting both bold and obfuscated plunderphonics. Looted accapellas invoke the likes of Lil B and DnB vocal legend Robert Manos. These are reimagined, crafted over sound collages and emotive synth dramaturgy with an emphasise on chordal composition. Fabricated soundscapes in the real world. Each of these are accompanied by a video. The result is unclassifiable audio/visual media works about nature & dissolution”

View Instagram Stories in Secret

The Instagram Story Viewer is an easy tool that lets you secretly watch and save Instagram stories, videos, photos, or IGTV. With this service, you can download content and enjoy it offline whenever you like. If you find something interesting on Instagram that you’d like to check out later or want to view stories while staying anonymous, our Viewer is perfect for you. Anonstories offers an excellent solution for keeping your identity hidden. Instagram first launched the Stories feature in August 2023, which was quickly adopted by other platforms due to its engaging, time-sensitive format. Stories let users share quick updates, whether photos, videos, or selfies, enhanced with text, emojis, or filters, and are visible for only 24 hours. This limited time frame creates high engagement compared to regular posts. In today’s world, Stories are one of the most popular ways to connect and communicate on social media. However, when you view a Story, the creator can see your name in their viewer list, which may be a privacy concern. What if you wish to browse Stories without being noticed? Here’s where Anonstories becomes useful. It allows you to watch public Instagram content without revealing your identity. Simply enter the username of the profile you’re curious about, and the tool will display their latest Stories. Features of Anonstories Viewer: - Anonymous Browsing: Watch Stories without showing up on the viewer list. - No Account Needed: View public content without signing up for an Instagram account. - Content Download: Save any Stories content directly to your device for offline use. - View Highlights: Access Instagram Highlights, even beyond the 24-hour window. - Repost Monitoring: Track the reposts or engagement levels on Stories for personal profiles. Limitations: - This tool works only with public accounts; private accounts remain inaccessible. Benefits: - Privacy-Friendly: Watch any Instagram content without being noticed. - Simple and Easy: No app installation or registration required. - Exclusive Tools: Download and manage content in ways Instagram doesn’t offer.
