One of the most important industrial designers of the 20th and 21st centuries and recipient of the iF Design Lifetime Achievement Award 2024.

Known for his decades of work at Braun, Dieter Rams played a key role in shaping modern, functional product design. His clear, minimalist style has influenced designers and companies worldwide, including the design of the first iPhone.

His “10 Principles for Good Design” became timeless guidelines for the industry and continue to guide designers around the world.
