Over the next year, we’ll be working hard on this project to make service providers in BC more accessible for those with communication disabilities and differences. 🤝

We are so pleased to share with you our full advocacy film: The Space Between My Words. This film highlights the real lived experiences of three SPACE community members who have a lot to say about stuttering, listening and self-love. In December of this year, we did something special - the first ever celebration of stuttering voices and art in Vancouver.🌊💚💙

We screened our new film, @wearelepublic, heard stories from journalist Barry Yeoman, and music from @lukewyland. Most importantly, we carved out space for the voices of people who stutter to be heard, in their own words.

We’re so proud of this event and know that it’s just the start of what’s to come for the stuttering community in BC.
