I can’t hide the fact that @thegatelive is my favourite venue in Cardiff. I used to live a stone throw away and saw many of my favourite artists perform there. I had hoped to put on the launch for my first album ‘Hugs’ there but hadn’t quite made the connections yet, which is why I’m so proud to be headlining there to celebrate the existence of a new album.

It’s going to be a true Cardiff reunion, performing alongside our talented uni pals @tailgasker and @benjamanning and we have an extra special support act … @jac.kelshaw !!

Jac is an incredibly talented musician and has a beautiful soul. Mix those together and you get some pretty magical music.

Honestly this is a night you don’t want to miss.

This a message I wrote to myself around this time last year, while coming out of a deep and dark spiral

The trees became grey, the sky was black and I couldn’t really see a way out. It all changed when I learnt transcendental meditation.
For the first time I could attain this deep calmness daily that resonated throughout my whole being,whilst also discovering how to deal with spiralling and mental blocks. It unlocked this sense of self I’d been in search for, for years and years.

I’m so so honoured to be playing at @thegatelive with my band 6.6.26 supporting the wonderful and inspiring @olive_grinter_music @joe_shrimpling on their tour 💛
