Last month we were proud to welcome team members from Life Time Foundation ( @lifetime.foundation ) to Mill River Park. They joined us and provided help to our landcare team in caring for the park we all share and enjoy. Along with their hands on support, they also shared a generous donation that helps us continue this work year round.

We took a note out of @rachel__entrekin’s mantra book with this audio. Her mantra to herself while running 250 MILES in the Cocodona 250 was “Why not you?”

And she’s right, why not you? What’s stopping you? @lukas.coon talks about never giving up. You can feel that this fuel isn’t of fear or anger but of love and belief in himself.

What are you working towards? Remember that the only thing stopping you, is you. You got this. 💛

We’re getting GEARED up for @unboundgravel with the support of some of the best partners out there. 💛

This investment brings Kindergarten PE Learn-to-Ride Programs to schools in Monterey and San Jose, giving students the opportunity to build confidence, gain independence, and experience the taste of joyful movement.

Learning to ride is a defining childhood milestone, as well as a gateway to the outdoors and a healthier way of life.

Happy Earth Day!

Our Life Time team members and members had such an incredible experience giving back to our community planting trees and making a lasting impact for future generations. We also donated $2500 to Tree Utah from @lifetime.foundation to help support their efforts.

Grateful for the opportunity to partner with Tree Utah at Tracy Aviary Nature Center Pia Okwai and be part of something bigger than ourselves.
