Throwback Thursday!
What an incredible turnout for last year’s Neon Run Celebration Event in Okehampton, where over 350 young females and those who identify as female, sports leaders and staff from 14 schools across Devon came together to get active, have fun and celebrate movement.
Set against the stunning backdrop of Simmons Park in Okehampton, the event was a brilliant example of how Devon School Games can support young people to be active and enjoy the positive benefits of movement — without the pressure of competition.

It's Naturally Healthy May and @librariesunlimited has launched some great new resources to help get families outdoors. Created alongside young people with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND), the new Outdoor Explorer Club resources include a beach leaflet, an activity booklet with sticker sheet, downloadable and audio stories, and clear accessibility information. Appreciate your rivers...It's Naturally Healthy May and we bring news of a new @ramblersgb Wellbeing Walk! On 31st May from 1.30pm, there will be a guided walk along Huntacott Water with expert input on river ecology and flood resilience.
The Huntacott River Ramble is an 4 mile walk for anyone interested in rivers and what we can do improve their condition, it will provide the opportunity to look at some work done on this small river, learn more widely about river ecology and how water and river quality are assessed. If you want to attend, booking is essential.
