We’re very proud to have EarthPercent on the Tedx stage - created and devised by @sophiashnapp who’s been a force of nature in the team.
As she explains, music has ALWAYS moved us. But what if it could move something more? After a decade inside climate policy, Sophia realised something simple: policy alone doesn’t shift systems. Culture does.
And music, one of our most powerful cultural forces, already runs on a model of shared value. Our co-founders @brianeno, @hirokishirasuka and @callanadam asked: what if the Earth had a seat at the table?
That’s why EarthPercent exists. To channel the immense power of music to the Earth: and giving her back a cut. Artists and music companies are now pledging a percentage of their income, from touring, recordings, songwriting, back to the living world.
Full TEDx talk now live: link in bio
If this resonates, share it. That’s how ideas travel! 🌍
How does EarthPercent make a difference for climate and nature?
Here is a look into our Annual Gathering, where words chosen by our guests to describe EarthPercent included 'accountability', 'collaboration', 'inspiring', 'community' - and 'obvious'.
EarthPercent exists to mobilise the power of music to help life on our planet thrive. Every year, we gather the music industry, artists and our grant partners together to celebrate the positive impact we've made through advocacy and funding climate & nature work. Every year we're reminded of the incredible power of culture as a lever for change.
Our 2025 Impact Report is coming soon - sign up to our newsletter to receive it.

At IMS Ibiza 2026, ‘Dancefloor Under Pressure: Building a Sustainable Music System’ brought together voices from across music, conservation, and climate action to ask what it really means for the industry to move from climate awareness into practical action.
Moderated by Coco Francavilla, the session featured Alice Pelly of EarthPercent; Brian Miller of TuneCore; Marcial Bardolet of the Balearic Government, Mediterranean Posidonia Network and Mallorca Preservation; Natural Symphony; and Salomé Riera Lock of Ibiza Preservation.
From Ibiza’s fragile natural ecosystem to the global touring, clubbing, and festival circuit, the conversation explored how artists, promoters, platforms, venues and audiences can share responsibility for what comes next.

Choirs celebrate Attenborough's 100th birthday with a new song, 'Natural World'.
We had to share this beautiful example of music for life on our planet. Natural World is composed by @pete_wyer_composer and performed by choirs from all around the world. It celebrates the life of David Attenborough, and his 'witness statement' that calls for a stark change in our relationship with nature to preserve life for future generations.

The conference on Transitioning Away from Fossil Fuels in Santa Marta, Colombia, was an incredibly hopeful moment for the world.
“We decided not to resign ourselves to an economy built on the destruction of life. We decided that the transition away from fossil fuels could no longer remain a slogan but must become a concrete, political and collective endeavour" - Irene Vélez Torres, Colombia’s environment minister and chair of the talks.
Proud as ever to support the work of the @fossilfueltreaty!

When music gives back to the planet, magic happens. 🌎 The amazing @ParisPaloma filled @EartHackney with her immense vocals and passion through an immersive L-ISA experience - an unforgettable night where 100% of proceeds benefitted @EarthPercent. Thank you to everyone who came out and showed up for the planet, and a massive thank you to Paris for such a beautiful evening of impact!

A snippet of my solo set, live from Warsaw, supporting @yanntiersen on his European tour
This is my song ‘All We Are’, written for @earthpercent & @museumfortheun’s @soundsright.earth initiative. The initiative works with artists to release songs that feature NATURE as an artist, with 50% of royalties going back to nature conservation projects
Throughout the set, I weave the voice of audio naturalist Martyn Stewart (@mijdog) in and out of my music. Through his words, and comparisons between both of our sound recordings taken in the same locations approximately 50 years apart, we learn how much we’ve impacted the natural world, and how important it is to remember that we are a part of it. I feel so proud to have worked with Martyn and his organisation @the_listening_planet
The full 30 minute set is now available to watch on my YouTube channel - @aliceboydmusic
Thank you to @brittenpearsarts & @aceagrams for funding the development of my solo show
Thank you to @fallingtreeproductions and @bbcradio4 for commissioning the original radio documentary I made about Martyn’s work and me revisiting places he’s recorded in. You can listen to the documentary, ‘Shifting Soundscapes, on BBC Sounds
The Instagram Story Viewer is an easy tool that lets you secretly watch and save Instagram stories, videos, photos, or IGTV. With this service, you can download content and enjoy it offline whenever you like. If you find something interesting on Instagram that you’d like to check out later or want to view stories while staying anonymous, our Viewer is perfect for you. Anonstories offers an excellent solution for keeping your identity hidden. Instagram first launched the Stories feature in August 2023, which was quickly adopted by other platforms due to its engaging, time-sensitive format. Stories let users share quick updates, whether photos, videos, or selfies, enhanced with text, emojis, or filters, and are visible for only 24 hours. However, when you view a Story, the creator can see your name in their viewer list, which may be a privacy concern. What if you wish to browse Stories without being noticed? Here’s where Anonstories becomes useful. It allows you to watch public Instagram content without revealing your identity. Simply enter the username of the profile you’re curious about, and the tool will display their latest Stories. Features of Anonstories Viewer: - Anonymous Browsing: Watch Stories without showing up on the viewer list. - No Account Needed: View public content without signing up for an Instagram account. - Content Download: Save any Stories content directly to your device for offline use. - View Highlights: Access Instagram Highlights, even beyond the 24-hour window. - Repost Monitoring: Track the reposts or engagement levels on Stories for personal profiles. Limitations: - This tool works only with public accounts; private accounts remain inaccessible. Benefits: - Privacy-Friendly: Watch any Instagram content without being noticed. - Simple and Easy: No app installation or registration required. - Exclusive Tools: Download and manage content in ways Instagram doesn’t offer.
