A STR8R CLIENT STORY

We once worked for a nonprofit organization that tagged their volunteers with all kinds of tracking data when they were men. When volunteers were women, they were tagged "female". No need for any more information.

We love when a NPO like @kbfmentoring, the KB Foundation, believe in the strength of its women. In the past year and a half, they have expanded their number of women involved in programming by hosting Lunch&Learns, SowGoodNow sports clinics, and now L.E.A.P. for girls; a Female Mentor Mixer on Feb 7th; and their first mentor/mentee mixer for girls upcoming in May. And, they have been sure to include women in every section of their operating team.

They are taking a group of 8 young women to South Africa in a first for L.E.A.P., and we are so thrilled to be supporting their programs.

Regulation S‑P requires written incident response programs. Large firms must comply by December 3, 2025. Small firms must comply by June 3, 2026. Build breach notification workflows, require 72‑hour reporting from service providers, and confirm encryption policies.

December 19, 2025, is the final date for filers to enroll or risk losing access to the EDGAR system. After this date, filers who have not enrolled will be locked out and must submit a new Form ID to regain access, and will be unable to make required SEC submissions through the legacy EDGAR system. #STR8R #EDGARnext #SEC
