Cooking for a family of five means juggling different tastes and busy schedules - but this oven makes it all feel effortless. I’m genuinely thrilled to write about it because it’s hands down my no.1 AEG purchase recommendation, at least in the world of cooking ovens 💚

The CookSmart Touch display and AI TasteAssist guide you step by step, offering tips and settings that take the guesswork out of family meals - from Sunday roasts to midweek bakes. It gives you the freedom to cook creatively, try new recipes, and know they’ll turn out beautifully every time.

Who loves a fakeaway? I mean, who doesn’t love a fakeaway? I want to show you how to make the ultimate Mixed Grill Platter in my @aeg.uk SteamCrisp oven with @maldonsalt Chilli Sea Salt, using one base marinade recipe that can be used in a variety of different ways, depending on which meat you are marinating.

If you’re hosting a crowd, you can make the whole platter (on large baking two trays), if not, feel free to just make one of the recipes.

Alternatively, marinate everything and just freeze in batches so you can just defrost and cook at a later date to save on time. All of the marinated meats below can be cooked on the same trays at the same temperature for 30-35 minutes until perfectly cooked.
