PARKs🌳 PARKs🌳 PARKs🌳

Was verbindet #Mailand und #Krefeld? Zwei Parks und eine gemeinsame Vision: der Parco Nord di Milano und der Stadtpark Krefeld-Fischeln.

Im Video spricht unser Wegbegleiter und ehemaliger Bürgermeister #BerndScheelen über die Entstehung des Stadtparks in Krefeld und sieht die Parallelen zum Nordpark in Mailand. Ein Gedanke, der sich auch beim persönlichen Austausch letzte Woche im Parco Nord mit Luca Andreas Eckert und Margherita Bertolero fortgesetzt hat.

Es ist immer wieder beeindruckend zu sehen, wie solche Orte wachsen, sich entwickeln und Menschen mit der Natur verbinden.

Die Jahre vergehen – doch Natur und nachhaltige Visionen wachsen buchstäblich über uns hinaus.

Le designer sono state il punto di partenza. Percorsi diversi, spesso molto recenti, ma già attraversati da una consapevolezza precisa: lavorare su materiali, processi e #sostenibilità non come tendenza, ma come responsabilità concreta.

Am 19. März haben wir Buch und Jubiläum nach unserem Sommerfest in Köln in 2025 nun auch an unserem Standort in Berlin gefeiert. Unsere Autorin interviewte dabei @andreaskipar von @land_landscape, Vorwort-Geber und langjähriger Weggefährte, unseren Partner Christian Mammel und unseren Founding General Partner Prof. Olaf A. Drehsen im Beisein von geladenen Gästen und unserem Team. Gemeinsam wurde an JSWD-Meilensteine erinnert und darüber diskutiert, wie sich die Architekturwelt in 25 Jahren verändert hat. Den Rahmen bildete die Ausstellung zu Modellen von unseren Entwürfen und Projekten im Maßstab 1:500 sowie die dazugehörige Fotoserie von Modellen.

Book launch “JSWD Twenty-five” and exhibition in Berlin

Our anniversary book was recently published by the Berlin-based @jovis_verlag. In 25 chapters, author Uta Winterhager (@uta_win) offers fascinating insights into the multifaceted work of JSWD. The entire team contributed to the content, and we are very proud of the result.

On March 19, we celebrated both the book launch and our anniversary at our office in Berlin, following our summer party in Cologne in 2025. During the event, the author interviewed @andreaskipar from @land_landscape, who wrote the foreword and has been part of our company’s history for many years. She also spoke with our Partner Christian Mammel and our Founding General Partner, Prof. Olaf A. Drehsen, in the presence of invited guests and our team. Together, we reflected on key milestones in JSWD’s history and discussed how the world of architecture has evolved over the past 25 years. The exhibition provided the setting for the event, featuring 1:500 scale models of our designs and projects, accompanied by a photo series of the models.

Our anniversary book was recently published by the Berlin-based @jovis_verlag. In 25 chapters, author Uta Winterhager (@uta_win) offers fascinating insights into the multifaceted work of JSWD. The entire team contributed to the content, and we are very proud of the result.

On March 19, we celebrated both the book launch and our anniversary at our office in Berlin, following our summer party in Cologne in 2025. During the event, the author interviewed @andreaskipar from @land_landscape, who wrote the foreword and has been part of our company’s history for many years. She also spoke with our Partner Christian Mammel and our Founding General Partner, Prof. Olaf A. Drehsen, in the presence of invited guests and our team. Together, we reflected on key milestones in JSWD’s history and discussed how the world of architecture has evolved over the past 25 years. The exhibition provided the setting for the event, featuring 1:500 scale models of our designs and projects, accompanied by a photo series of the models.
