1 in 8 women has a lifetime risk of developing breast cancer.
Inspired by the experiences of our mothers, sisters, and friends, we created a video that teaches the simple yet vital steps of breast self-examination to get to know your body and recognize warning signs as early as possible.

It’s an invitation to start a new monthly ritual and celebrate knowledge as a form of strength.

My grandma turned 95 this August. As surprising to her as it is to me. In her living room hangs a wooden wall clock, stopped years ago. It never made sense to my rational mind, yet it made me wonder about the nature of time. Somehow, she seems to have cracked its code.

„vier und neunzig“ is a personal documentary project about facing time and transience at a high age. The last days seem the most mundane yet the ordinary, usually overlooked, becomes everything, the whole essence of being.

To me, this video smells of warm apple compote with cinnamon, of musty tree bark, and of milk & honey soap, the kind she keeps refilling in the downstairs bathroom, Deutsche Mark price tag still stuck on.
