From crafting the stage design to curating the entire visual journey, I had the opportunity to push my creative boundaries and explore new horizons. The program featured contemporary gems like Dobrinka Tabakova, with Vivaldi’s timeless Four Seasons as the crown jewel. It’s here! Wanderlust is a journey from the Adriatic to the Caucasus, each track is a country or an experience I’ve had as a military spouse overseas. Blending sound recordings, folk influences and beats, described by press as “sonic cartography”, this is my journey. Album streaming on all major platforms, this track is called Heart. A dandelion, representing the heart of the travel, splitting into many pieces while still keeping its unity. Music composed, produced and mixed by LUISA. Vocals by @markolita_music, mastered by @silentgratitudemusic, reel by @annachocholi.

Releaseday! ✨ ‘Nooit Meer Slapen’ is hier: een video waar we keihard aan hebben gewerkt en ontzettend trots op zijn.

Tijdens mijn bestralingen moest ik dexamethason slikken, waardoor ik nachtenlang wakker lag. Op de bank, RuPaul’s Drag Race, een zak chips; en na weken zonder slaap begon ik dingen te zien die er niet waren. Uit die slapeloze gekte ontstond deze spooky track, geïnspireerd door Tim Burton en Paul van Loon.

Alles wat je ziet is handgemaakt door Anna Chocholi: fluisterende muizen, schaduwen, en het kinderlijke gevoel van monsters onder je bed, maar dan met een Reindier twist en Iris van Herpen-achtige schoonheid. Zo probeer ik iets moois te maken van iets zwaars, om het zelf te verwerken én herkenning te bieden aan wie dit herkent. 🦌💫

Release day! ✨ ‘Nooit Meer Slapen’ is out now: a video we worked so hard on and are incredibly proud of.

During my radiation treatments I had to take dexamethasone, which kept me awake for nights on end. Sitting on the couch, RuPaul’s Drag Race, a bag of chips and after weeks without sleep, I started seeing things that weren’t there. From that sleepless madness came this spooky track, inspired by Tim Burton and Paul van Loon.

Everything you see was handcrafted by Anna Chocholi: whispering mice, shadows, and that childlike feeling of monsters under your bed, but with a Reindier twist and Iris van Herpen–like beauty. It’s my way of turning something heavy into something beautiful, to process it, and to offer comfort to those who might recognize themselves in it. 🦌💫
