There is something so beautiful about working with people who are not only masters of their craft but also carry so much heart and humility. Bringing the story of Woman in Punjab to life required a special kind of sensitivity, and I feel so lucky to have been surrounded by such incredible professionalism and humanity throughout this process.

To the musicians and the animator who poured their talent into this single, thank you. You understood the gravity of this message and treated the stories of these women with such grace. It is rare to find collaborators who produce at such a high level while staying so deeply in touch with the human soul. With all my heart, I thank you for helping me tell this story.

My first venture as ‘Sthree Strings’ only the two of us ladies, we played the entire string ensemble, 30 tracks including violins, violas, cello and double bass for the Kannada Movie ‘Anirikshitha Atithigalu’ music by Swamynathan RamaKrishna This is a huge breakthrough for strings recording in movies when there are budget constraints and unavailability of artists

I had a very satisfying recording today for the Kannada Movie ‘Anirikshita Athithigalu’ gr8 music by Swamynathan, sound engineer: Naveen @Mixing in the Box studio@tejvin_productions Director-manoj__annaiah@br_naveen_kumar @mixinginthebox_studios.In the film industry, it’s very difficult for the females instrumentalists especially in the string section to survive. I decided to team up with an other female violinist Aruna and recorded all the 30 tracks of a String Ensemble and decided to name this duo as ‘Sthree Strings’. We two played violins, viola, cello anddouble bass, in total 30 tracks, listen to the sounding! Pls do spread the word 🙏🏻
