Great turnout @bitforms for the opening of Code Chronicles V.2
Curated by @aljaparis
Code Chronicles V.2 brings together artists @claudhart @libby_heaney_ @seohyo @elliepritts @emilyxie_art and @wheresaddie in an exploration of how generative processes and artificial intelligence are reshaping artistic production. Extending the inquiry initiated in the 2023 exhibition Code Chronicles—which considered the ways algorithmic structures sustain and reinterpret visual continuity—this iteration shifts attention toward more entangled dynamics. Here, computational systems are not simply tools but active participants.

bitforms gallery @bitforms and Rip Space @rip__space present 𝑪𝒐𝒏𝒕𝒊𝒏𝒖𝒖𝒎, a Los Angeles–based exhibition marking the first in an ongoing series of collaborations, featuring work by 𝐃𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐞𝐥 𝐂𝐚𝐧𝐨𝐠𝐚𝐫, 𝐍𝐚𝐭 𝐃𝐞𝐜𝐤𝐞𝐫 @nat_decker__ , 𝐀𝐮𝐫𝐨𝐫𝐚 𝐌𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐭𝐞𝐥𝐮 @auroramititelu , 𝐂𝐚𝐬𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐚𝐬 @reas , 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐒𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐡 𝐑𝐨𝐭𝐡𝐛𝐞𝐫𝐠 @rothbergrothberg . Co-curated by Vera Petukhova @_vera_petukhova_
Please join us at Wilshire Online @wilshireonline on Thursday, May 14, 6–9 PM to celebrate the opening. RSVP link in bio.
The exhibition traces an intergenerational lineage of artists working with software-based practices, foregrounding how code operates as both a time-based and spatial medium. The partnership pairs bitforms’ long-standing engagement with the histories and infrastructures of digital and time-based work with Rip Space’s process-driven approach to experimentation and ideas in motion.
𝑪𝒐𝒏𝒕𝒊𝒏𝒖𝒖𝒎 coincides with bitforms gallery’s 25th anniversary, reflecting a legacy of supporting artists who have defined generative and software-based practices. Pioneers like Daniel Canogar and Casey Reas, whose work helped establish code as an artistic medium are presented alongside artists such as Sarah Rothberg whose practice engages interactive systems andAI to explore the social and psychological dimensions of technology.Their influence extends into artists like Aurora Mititelu and Nat Decker, who treat software as both material and environment, developing installation-based and networked practices that expand how digital systems inhabit physical space.

Interference: The Interactive Art of Daniel Rozin
@museumartlight
April 15, 2026 – September 27, 2026
For over three decades, @dannyrozin has created interactive artworks that place the viewer at the center of image-making. Working with technology, custom software, physical materials, and kinetic motion, Rozin uses his practice to investigate how images are formed, perceived, and transformed through participation. Across his career, he has developed bodies of work exploring themes such as pixelation, time, Darwinian evolution, portraiture, Cartesian and polar grids, and optical illusion.
In Interference, Rozin turns his focus explicitly to interference patterns—moiré effects—the shimmering, unstable visual phenomena that emerge when two patterned systems are overlaid and set into motion. These effects were extensively explored by Op Art artists in the 1960s, and most notably by Jesús Rafael Soto, who over several decades created hundreds of works investigating visual interference, vibration, and optical instability.
This exhibition is conceived as a homage to Soto, whose pioneering explorations of moiré and perceptual motion have been a lasting source of inspiration for Rozin’s own investigations into vision, movement, and the active role of the observer.

This is my second acquisition from Rune Brink @spogelsesmaskinen, adding “Mæander 3” on a 128 x 128 pixels LED screen, originally exhibited by @bitforms gallery in Berlin November 2025
The first piece I collected from the artist in 2024 at @nftparis.xyz Paris was 128x128px LED display from the 2024 Glitch Garden series on verse.works
“Mæander” is a series of 17 generated outputs depicting river delta segments, created by Danish artist RuneBrink / Aka. Spøgelsesmaskinen for bitforms gallery 2025.
In the 1800s, natural Danish rivers were straightened and regulated to make the landscape more suitable for farming. Rivers in nature have a natural ability to meander in arching movements, watering and nourishing large areas, and creating cutoffs that leave small lakes along the way.
This natural flow of water is even believed by some to preserve the life-giving qualities of the water through its continuous natural restructuring.
Since 2024, several efforts have been made to restore rivers to a free-flowing state by 2030, both in the EU and in Denmark.
This artwork was generated using Meanderpy, an open-source Python module developed at The University of Texas at Austin for simulating river meandering, as described by Howard & Knutson (1984). Apache License 2.0 https://github.com/zsylvester/meanderpy/tree/master
Rune Brink Hansen (b. 1979, Odense, Denmark) is a self taught multidisciplinary artist who lives and works in Copenhagen, Denmark. He started working with digital interfaces during the early internet days. Since then he has crafted digital visuals for festivals, designed spaces for museums, and exhibited large scale light installations at various institutions and galleries. In 2021, he adopted the Spøgelsesmaskinen artist name for his 3D and NFT artwork. In the global online art community, he is known simply as « Spogel ».

Shimmer Dance Quotes + Dance Moms screenshots of their studio in the show ;D
last two weeks to see StarPower @bitforms ! this series features a selection of output from an algorithm I wrote that collages together found language from the Dance Moms posters and motivational dance quotes on instagram ○o。.
Shimmer is the name of Man’s fictional dance studio that serves as the setting for several behind-the-scenes segments of StarQuest. The title of the studio did not begin as a deliberate branding choice but emerged unexpectedly from the artist’s AI experiments, ultimately becoming the fictional dance company at the center of StarQuest. The Shimmer Quotes series draws from the motivational posters commonly found in classrooms, gyms, and dance studios—spaces where slogans promise confidence and resilience amid demanding training cultures. Drawing on language from motivational posters seen in the Abby Lee Dance Company studio, as well as phrases from the Instagram posts of Man’s childhood dance studio, the generated quotes attempt to offer encouragement but often collapse into contradiction or absurdity. The resulting slogans, such as “With a Little Sparkle, Anything Is Hard”, sharpen Man’s exploration of performance and algorithmic influence.

OPEN TODAY! The Museum of Art + Light is proud to present "Interference: The Interactive Art of Daniel Rozin."
Spanning three decades of Rozin’s (@dannyrozin) practice, "Interference" brings together 16 works that invite visitors to engage, reflect, and become part of the artwork itself.
Pictured here: "CMY Shadows Mirror No. 1," on loan from the @thoma_foundation—a sculptural, interactive mirror that transforms your reflection into a vibrant, ever-shifting field of color.
“The Thoma Foundation supports artists who expand the possibilities of digital and media art,” said Carl Thoma. “Rozin’s work demonstrates how technology can deepen perception and create meaningful, participatory experiences.”
See it at The Museum of Art + Light. Link in bio. Now through September 27, 2026.

The Instagram Story Viewer is an easy tool that lets you secretly watch and save Instagram stories, videos, photos, or IGTV. With this service, you can download content and enjoy it offline whenever you like. If you find something interesting on Instagram that you’d like to check out later or want to view stories while staying anonymous, our Viewer is perfect for you. Anonstories offers an excellent solution for keeping your identity hidden. Instagram first launched the Stories feature in August 2023, which was quickly adopted by other platforms due to its engaging, time-sensitive format. Stories let users share quick updates, whether photos, videos, or selfies, enhanced with text, emojis, or filters, and are visible for only 24 hours. This limited time frame creates high engagement compared to regular posts. In today’s world, Stories are one of the most popular ways to connect and communicate on social media. However, when you view a Story, the creator can see your name in their viewer list, which may be a privacy concern. What if you wish to browse Stories without being noticed? Here’s where Anonstories becomes useful. It allows you to watch public Instagram content without revealing your identity. Simply enter the username of the profile you’re curious about, and the tool will display their latest Stories. Features of Anonstories Viewer: - Anonymous Browsing: Watch Stories without showing up on the viewer list. - No Account Needed: View public content without signing up for an Instagram account. - Content Download: Save any Stories content directly to your device for offline use. - View Highlights: Access Instagram Highlights, even beyond the 24-hour window. - Repost Monitoring: Track the reposts or engagement levels on Stories for personal profiles. Limitations: - This tool works only with public accounts; private accounts remain inaccessible. Benefits: - Privacy-Friendly: Watch any Instagram content without being noticed. - Simple and Easy: No app installation or registration required. - Exclusive Tools: Download and manage content in ways Instagram doesn’t offer.
Keep track of Instagram updates discreetly while protecting your privacy and staying anonymous.
