This intimate cabaret wedding featured a fully bespoke live soundtrack orchestrated exclusively to the couple's tastes (ranging from Zimmerman to Swedish House Mafia), the absolute best of the UK burlesque and cabaret scene, and more personalised moments than we could possibly name. A magical night that was genuine, authentic, wildly romantic, and utterly beautiful...just like our grooms. A true pleasure ❤️

The Night Circus 🎪

Alongside weddings and private parties, we arrange a selection of corporate events. One of our all time favourites was this imaginative Christmas party! We wanted the event to feel relaxed but fun, with lots of immersive entertainment leading guests from one stage of the evening to the next. A ringleader welcomed guests and led them though different stages of the evening, where they witnessed marionette stilt performers, circus dancers and contortionists before being seated for a Christmas feast.

The after party took place in the basement where guests witnessed a terrifying sword swallower, danced, played games and dined on artful circus desserts.

This was more than a tribute; it was a completely bespoke theatrical production designed for a very special private celebration, led by @brucerussellevents. We brought the West End to the party, featuring performers from the original cast, integrating the client and her family into key moments of the musical, and designing all the on-stage looks.

The night was a true design feat: from the dramatic debut of a bespoke costume designed for the client to the immersive performers who personally guided every guest into the after-party. The entire evening was creatively directed to feel like a one-night-only command performance....that we could live in forever.

For this remarkable wedding with @cranberryblueevents at Barnbougle and @hopetounhouse, our challenge was to bridge cinematic glamour with Scottish enchantment. We don't just supply acts; we design a living narrative for every stage of the celebration.

This was a production of exceptional scale and extensive creative direction. Working closely with the bride and @cranberryblueevents...

✴We designed a fully bespoke enchanted circus experience for the welcome party, complete with a custom map for guests to discover dozens of unique performers in hundreds of costumes, moving through rooms with different concepts and moments

✴This night featured a full evening of Black Rabbit Music—from the eerie sounds of a stylized accordion and violin, through to our party band, unique soundscapes, and finishing with a singalong piano bar that wove the night together and got the guests involved

✴The following day, we curated a seamless shift to refined romance, producing a 9-piece boutique orchestra for the ceremony and custom post-modern singers for the reception.

✴Sprinkled throughout were more immersive artists, in whimsical moments and bespoke styling that complimented the look and feel of the event harmoniously.

This is the power of a single entertainment vision—a dramatic, deliberate tapestry of sound, fashion, and performance, all directed and produced by the Black Rabbit team.

Wow, wow, wow — a career highlight.

From the very first meeting with C&D, a spark was lit. Their brief was clear: theatrical, risqué, elegant, non-conformant, and deeply personal.
