Tra promesse enormi (medicina, scienza, progresso) e rischi nuovi: manipolazione, restrizione della libertà cognitiva e dell'autodeterminazione mentale.

La nuova IA non si limita più a imitare la mente umana.
La integra e la modula. O indirettamente tramite architetture algoritmiche di influenza arazionale. O direttamente tramite le interfacce cervello-macchina.E questo cambia le regole del gioco.

Per questo i neurodiritti diventano la nuova misura della libertà nell’era dell’IA 🧠⚡

Tra qualche anno forse non useremo più tastiere e touch screen. Potremmo usare direttamente il cervello.

A @presadirettarai su @instarai3 abbiamo parlato di interfacce cervello-macchina e di una domanda decisiva:cosa succede quando la tecnologia entra nella nostra mente?

La neurotech non è solo futuro o sperimentazione.
È già realtà clinica per persone con paralisi, disturbi neurologici o perdita di funzioni motorie. E può migliorare la vita di milioni di pazienti.

Il lavoro che stiamo portando avanti con @UNESCO ha due obiettivi chiari:

🧠 Proteggere le persone negli usi extra-clinici (lavoro, consumo, performance), definendo limiti e diritti sui dati neurali.
🏥 Favorire sviluppo e accesso alle applicazioni cliniche sicure ed efficaci, perché l’innovazione che cura non resti per pochi.

Non si tratta di frenare la tecnologia.
Si tratta di farla crescere nel modo giusto.

⚖️ Chi può usare i dati neurali?
💼 Le aziende potranno monitorare attenzione e stati cognitivi?
🌍 Come garantiamo accesso equo alle terapie?
