The hotel consists of three independent suites where outdoor living becomes the dominant experience. Large terraces, open-air kitchens, dining spaces, and private swimming pools extend the compact interiors into the surrounding terrain, creating a seamless connection between architecture and landscape.

Inspired by the abandoned mining infrastructure scattered across southern Serifos, the design explores the relationship between point, line, and plane. Excavated voids reference underground mining chambers, while linear pathways and railway traces influence the project’s circulation and geometry. Broad horizontal surfaces emerge as extensions of the sloping topography, allowing the architecture to feel carved into the land rather than placed upon it.

Minimal materiality, earth-toned textures, and carefully framed views strengthen the atmosphere of calm isolation while honoring the site’s industrial memory and cultural heritage.
