a few years ago, I dreamed of the things that are happening now, and suddenly, I find myself right in the middle of it. even more years ago, I simply dreamed of living – and now, I’m in the middle of that too.
so many turning points, so many experiences, and everything keeps making more and more sense, day by day.

thank you for allowing me to be here as an artist and for trusting me to bring my vision to life.
there’s still so much I have to learn, and I’m far from where I want to be one day – but we’re getting there. I’m just as excited as you are to see what’s coming next.

being able to capture all these moments sometimes feels like writing a diary. it’s so beautiful that we can always come back and relive everything we experienced together.

the slightly different bank robbery. pitching this idea to my team i thought they may think i’m crazy (tbh i think they think that already), but we really made that happen. i had the whole video in mind and thought i want it to be funny, yet visually on a high level — with a certain seriousness in the absurd setting. there are a lot of details in this video, which i really try to dive deeper into with every video i do.

you hear that often, but i have to mention my team, as this video was a crazy team effort!!

first and foremost @ally_vau who organised everything, had sleepless nights, but made it all happen.
next up @cowbaefizz who did the set design and was open to so many ideas, and also outdid herself on that one.
@visuals.by.per not only did amazing lighting, but also helped me with camera and programmed our lights super spontaneously.
@janaabel_ saved us by driving the insane benz you see in the video, and meanwhile did beautiful bts photos and was even in front of the camera.
@da_sin__ bro went crazy with the cgi elements in this video and also outdid himself on that one — there will definitely be more videos to come.
@winstonsonstnix i had this idea of including sound design, and what can i say: winston didn’t hesitate and started right away, with such a spontaneous turnaround.
and of course all the extras that came and were so motivated for this project!!
really everyone snapped on this project — so thankful to work with this amazing team 🤍

Some shots weren’t planned at all but ended up being our favorite scenes.That’s why it’s so important to leave room for experimentation on set and explore which angles truly work best. Trusting your gut instead of sticking rigidly to the plan can make all the difference. It’s always about finding the right balance between careful preparation and staying open to what happens in the moment.
Also, @da_sin__ really outdid himself with the VFX and completely flipped the footage upside down. In the end, we had the best time shooting this video, and it turned out even better than I expected!! Big up to the team as well which worked to hard and put their everything into this project, i appreciate each and everyone of you so much ⭐️

Some shots weren’t planned at all but ended up being our favorite scenes.That’s why it’s so important to leave room for experimentation on set and explore which angles truly work best. Trusting your gut instead of sticking rigidly to the plan can make all the difference. It’s always about finding the right balance between careful preparation and staying open to what happens in the moment.
Also, @da_sin__ really outdid himself with the VFX and completely flipped the footage upside down. In the end, we had the best time shooting this video, and it turned out even better than I expected!! Big up to the team as well which worked to hard and put their everything into this project, i appreciate each and everyone of you so much ⭐️

bouncing ideas back and forth really elevated the preproduction process and we were able to combine julius inexhaustible creativity and talent to push everybody in front of his camera to their max with my structural approach and love for attention to detail in preproduction.

after years of being part of the @dockville content team, the time finally felt right to take the next step and produce their aftermovie. so that’s exactly what we did last summer!! 💥

shooting aftermovies is a special feeling, because you have to be very aware in every situation as there’s so much happening simultaneously.
it’s very different from shooting music videos. even though we staged a few scenes, most of it was captured while being fully present in the moment itself. maybe you can feel that while watching
