I was really nervous this year to celebrate Thanksgiving, as we usually do it at our place in LA, and we invite all our friends and we make all the food vegan. As we just moved, we’re staying with non-vegan family and I didn’t know if they would want to do it vegan or not. When they offered to make it a “ThanksVegan” version, I felt so much relief and joy, knowing that there would be no corpse at the dinner table.

My heart goes to all the animals that were slaughtered today and every day, just so people can “have a good time with their family”. If your good time depends on an animal having their throat slit, we don’t have the same definition of what having fun means. I never want anyone to suffer for me to have a great life. ❤️

Today was my last day working for @peta and being part of the Video Lab dream team ❤️

This job is incredibly difficult and I almost passed on it when they offered to hire me, because I knew that watching animals being abused all day was going to be more than challenging.

I had no idea that I was going to receive so much support and love from this team, to get me through it. I appreciate you all so much, you truly are wonderful people giving your best to make the world better and I’m so honored that I got to do that at your side.
