That's right! 🌊💙 For Planet Ocean art challenge returns next month and we start on World Ocean Day!

We are proud to announce that this year our partner is Healthy Ocean Coalition- a network of ocean advocates working to protect, conserve, and increase access to the ocean and coasts, focusing on community engagement, social justice, and climate action. Prompts will be released shortly and we will be sharing more information about the partners and the hosts in the coming weeks, so mark your diaries!

This June, we are bringing together a global wave of creatives to celebrate, educate, and build a serious community around marine conservation. This is art with a purpose, and I am incredibly proud to be co-hosting alongside the wonderful teams at @forplanetocean and @healthyoceancoalition to amplify the conversation around the health of our gorgeous blue planet.

Whether your studio practice involves paint, pencils, fluid inks, digital canvas, clay or you just really like stitching sea creatures, we want you to dive in with us.
Grab your tools and get ready to respond to these four brilliant prompts.

Note on timing: You don't have to hit the exact date perfectly! Feel free to share your work anytime between the prompt drops - for example, you can post your creation for the 8th anytime between June 8th and June 11th before the next prompt goes live.

Here is what we are diving into:

8th June: Ocean Symbiosis (unlikely friendships under the sea?)
12th June: Ocean Superheroes (not all heroes wear capes, some have tentacles)
16th June: Ocean Mysteries (the deep, dark, and beautifully weird)
20th June: Ocean of the Future (what will our oceans look like in the future?)
