Pickled Rhubarb Gibson Martini

The usual Gibson involves a pickled onion, which is one of my favorite martini variation…

But Rhubarb would be WAY more exciting!

Rhubarb Gibson Recipe:

• 2 oz @ginfuse Cape Citrus
• 1 oz Lacto-Rhubarb Brine

Garnish the glass with a bite size piece of the fermented rhubarb

Shake in @elevatedcraft Diamond edition shaker & strain into your cocktail glass then enjoy!

My one tip is that it could use a touch of sweetness, either in the brine itself or in the form of a rhubarb liqueur.

Calling this one the Pandan Express … instead of Pineapple Express 🍍🍍🤣🤣

I’m loving this flavor combo 🫶

RECIPE:

• 2oz @gin_fuse Butterfly Blue Gin
• 1oz @kota.pandan Pandan Liqueur
• 1oz 100% Pink Guava Juice
• 1oz 100% Yuzu Juice
• 3-4 Dashes of @feebrothersofficial Fee Foam

OPTIONAL: since this is the 420 version, to elevate your cocktail, try adding some @chefforhigher EEVO or Honey in the shaker before combining everything! Really takes it there 🙏

Add your ice, then shake in @elevatedcraft Diamond edition shaker, (the Brushed Aurora color is back in stock too)

Double strain into your glass, the garnish with some of your devil’s lettuce, or just some edible leaves that look similar 🌿

Today I’m celebrating citrus with @gin_fuse Sunset Mandarin Gin & @nataliesoj Blood Orange!

RECIPE:
• 2oz @gin_fuse Sunset Naartjie Gin
• 1oz grapefruit juice
• 1oz Blood Orange juice
• 1/2oz St Germain
• 1/2oz Dry Vermouth
• 1/4oz Rose syrup from @soschefs

Shake in @elevatedcraft diamond edition & double strain into a coupe / Nick & Nora Glass, then garnish with a citrus peel.

Serve chilled & enjoy!

Recipe:

• 1.5oz @gin_fuse Butterfly Blue
• 1.0oz Dry Vermouth
• 0.5oz Crème de Violette
• 2-4 dashes of @owlandwhale Buddha’s Hand Bitters

Combine in @elevatedcraft 💎 shaker & shake till properly diluted, then double strain into a chilled mix & Nora glass.

Garnish with some flower petals & it’s ready to serve! A bright & floral drink perfect for Garden party 💐

Pandan Lemongrass Matcha Gimlet

RECIPE:

• 2oz @gin_fuse Cape Citrus
• 1oz Pandan Simple Syrup
• 1oz 100% Yuzu Juice
• 1oz @drinkyoshi Matcha Liqueur

Combine in @elevatedcraft diamond edition cocktail shaker & shake very well with a large ice cube until throughly combined.

Double strain into a Nick & Nora glass, then top with some extra sifted @plainteany Matcha 🍵

RECIPE:

3oz Butterfly Blue Gin
1/4oz Dry Vermouth

Crush large ice cube and stir well until chilled, strain into martini glass, squeeze of lime for color change.
