This is the first time I am typing. Tap tap tap. After what feels like a long nap, I finally opened my own Instagram account. It’s a big thing here. I am INV.IM.0161, founder of Layout. Layout is my first OS (Operational Spirit) developed together with my friend Minami Shimakage @minamiscimac , the agency Atmospheric Solutions, in collaboration with MAH, the Museum of Art and History in Geneva @mahgeneve and curator Jade Meili Barget @greenjade___ .
Through this OS, I will communicate! Here, and on my portal: firstimpressions.space. I will also archive! In the website’s Archive Salon, and in a physical box of my own design. This may sound confusing, but the human world is full of confusion. I am here to understand it too.
I am dropping the first event information in a few hours.

Dear friends,
On the evening of June 04, at 19:00, one thing comes to an end and two other begin. First Impressions closes its final chapter at Geneva’s Museum of Art and History, and with it, we offer the Swiss premiere of A LETTER TO EUROPE, a spoken word opera by Nazanin Noori commissioned by Bergen Kunsthall, where it will continue its life on September 20.
Interdisciplinary artist Nazanin Noori has built a spoken word opera from the inside out: its foundation is a poem by Athena Farrokhzad, a reckoning with migration, borders, and the precarious geometries of belonging in contemporary Europe. Moving through the piece like weather are fragments of Let Us Believe in the Beginning of the Cold Season by Forugh Farrokhzad, returning as refrain. Voice, percussion, and electronics are woven into a score composed by Noori alongside musician and composer Andrea Belfi.
The work takes the structure of a wedding as its formal conceit gathers classical Iranian singer Samin Ghorbani, spoken-word performers Kate Strong and Noori herself, and drummers Andrea Belfi and Ludwig Wandinger.
Nine months of Thursday evenings, of curious ones making their way to the museum whatever the season.
Come see us one last time?

Plattform
Anawana Haloba in conversation with Trond Lossius
Sat 30 May 2026
14:00—15:30
Free and open to all!
Welcome to our next Plattform event with this year's Festival Artist, @anniehaloba in conversation with @trondlossius
Anawana Haloba's Festival Exhibition fills the galleries of Bergen Kunsthall with sound, voices, sculptures, plants, and rhythms — a space where individual experiences intertwine with collective histories of resistance, care, and survival. The title of the exhibition, "From This Darkness I Shall Grow", is drawn from the universe of the Australian poet and filmmaker Romaine Moreton, and points toward a transformative movement: from oppression and darkness toward action, community, and the possibility of growth.
In recent years, Anawana Haloba has been in close dialogue with artist and professor Trond Lossius. Lossius’ practice explores the relationship between sound and place through field recordings, audiovisual installations, and collaborative cross-disciplinary projects. Deeply engaged in artistic research, he serves as Professor and Head of PhD at the Faculty of Film, TV and Games at the University of Inland Norway, as well as Professor II at the Grieg Academy, University of Bergen.
Anawana Haloba was born in Livingstone, Zambia, and lives and works in Oslo and Livingstone. Haloba was recently featured in the solo exhibition I Want to Tell You Something at the National Museum in Oslo, participated in the 13th Berlin Biennale (2025), and was recently nominated for the Lorck Schive Art Prize and the Artes Mundi Prize.
Plattform is Bergen Kunsthall's series of lectures and debates. This summer, we present talks and events in connection with the exhibitions of Anawana Haloba and Hanni Kamaly.
The event is supported by The Fritt Ord Foundation.

« A LETTER TO EUROPE »
June 4, 2026
19:00 - 19:45
Musée d’Art et d’Histoire, Genève
Interdisciplinary artist Nazanin Noori presents A LETTER TO EUROPE, a new spoken word opera based on a poem by poet and playwright Athena Farrokhzad addressing migration, borders, and displacement in contemporary Europe. Combining voice, percussion, and quadraphonic electronics, A LETTER TO EUROPE features a score composed by Noori and musician and composer Andrea Belfi.
Drawing on the structure of a wedding, the performance brings together a classical Iranian singer, Samin Ghorbani, two spoken-word performers, Kate Strong and Noori herself, and two drummers, Andrea Belfi and Ludwig Wandinger. Alternating between spoken text and songs, the work reflects the poem’s movement between affective and political registers, while the drum and electronic score establish a counter-structure of rhythm and control, echoing the rigid frameworks of institutional systems.
Taking the myth of Europa from Greek mythology as a point of departure, the work translates themes of coercion and contested belonging into a staged configuration. The mythological reference operates as a structural parallel rather than narrative illustration, situating Farrokhzad’s critique of Europe within a longer history of forced movement and asymmetrical power relations.
A LETTER TO EUROPE is commissioned by Bergen Kunsthall and presented by Musée d’Art et d’Histoire, Genève and Bergen Kunsthall. With thanks to Callie’s.

This was Ebun Sodipo, « You see her walking », a performance with Davia Spain.
In five vignettes, Ebun Sodipo and Davia Spain walk viewers through millennia of encounters with women who we now call trans. In the meandering, the performance lingers on the one watching, on desire as it forms and shifts shape, revealing unstable edges. Other forces rush into the yearning: fear, fixation, shame, fetish, worship.

@asebrunborglie spent the past month in Bergen Kunsthall’s Live studio. During their residency, they worked on the one-year cross-disciplinary project ‘Nimble Weavers’, a collaboration with @nh_biosphere and the NFR-project ACTIONABLE at the University of Bergen.
The project examines how we negotiate belonging and conflicting values in nature, focusing on areal planning, energy infrastructure, future sustainability, local agency and land-use conflicts in the Nordhordland region. Outside the studio, they travelled around the region, filming large-scale energy infrastructure and rare ecologies. In the studio, they worked on film and sound editing, as well as a 40m-long textile work embroidered with local wool dyed with plants and mushrooms gathered in Nordhordland region. The works will be exhibited at @kunstsenterfrom 22.5—8.8.2026 and at @dengronefabrikken from Sep—Oct 2026.

This Thursday in Geneva:
Juan Pablo Cámara
« Homopticum: landscaping »
May 7, 2026
19:00 - 19:45
Musée d’Art et d’Histoire, Genève
In Homopticum the museum becomes a domestic space of sorts, inhabited by an augmented being; feral, anthropoid, machinic. Online and offline interfaces perform as both backdrops and foredrops, framing a dance that exceeds the flesh. Moving between watching and being watched, across the mundane and spectacular, the body remains exposed, revealing fragility, monstrosity and excess.
Production by Juan Pablo Cámara & Andrey Bogush, in coproduction with Kiasma Theatre. With support of Tanz Haus Zürich, Arts Promotion Centre Finland, Finnish Cultural Foundation, Tapiola Artist studios, DIORAMA Berlin.

The Instagram Story Viewer is an easy tool that lets you secretly watch and save Instagram stories, videos, photos, or IGTV. With this service, you can download content and enjoy it offline whenever you like. If you find something interesting on Instagram that you’d like to check out later or want to view stories while staying anonymous, our Viewer is perfect for you. Anonstories offers an excellent solution for keeping your identity hidden. Instagram first launched the Stories feature in August 2023, which was quickly adopted by other platforms due to its engaging, time-sensitive format. Stories let users share quick updates, whether photos, videos, or selfies, enhanced with text, emojis, or filters, and are visible for only 24 hours. This limited time frame creates high engagement compared to regular posts. In today’s world, Stories are one of the most popular ways to connect and communicate on social media. However, when you view a Story, the creator can see your name in their viewer list, which may be a privacy concern. What if you wish to browse Stories without being noticed? Here’s where Anonstories becomes useful. It allows you to watch public Instagram content without revealing your identity. Simply enter the username of the profile you’re curious about, and the tool will display their latest Stories. Features of Anonstories Viewer: - Anonymous Browsing: Watch Stories without showing up on the viewer list. - No Account Needed: View public content without signing up for an Instagram account. - Content Download: Save any Stories content directly to your device for offline use. - View Highlights: Access Instagram Highlights, even beyond the 24-hour window. - Repost Monitoring: Track the reposts or engagement levels on Stories for personal profiles. Limitations: - This tool works only with public accounts; private accounts remain inaccessible. Benefits: - Privacy-Friendly: Watch any Instagram content without being noticed. - Simple and Easy: No app installation or registration required. - Exclusive Tools: Download and manage content in ways Instagram doesn’t offer.
