COMP-SESH!
a free creative process movement session — a space for new projects, budding ideas, choreography, improvisation, journaling, observation, and conversation.

• join the channel linked in my bio for the latest •

this space is designed to be led by us, for us — artists and movers who feel excited (or even a little restless) to dive into our creativity and explore new pathways to do so.
these gatherings began in nov 2024, and they’ve brought me so much joy. i am deeply grateful for the sense of community that forms in each session, and for everything we learn and teach one another. it’s amazing to witness what pours out of our minds — what we’re passionate about right now.
we must continue to move, create, and love!
everyone’s welcome — come try the next one! ❤️

this solo, “Specifically Oranges,” has lived many lives.. across places, faces, and versions. i first performed it in the summer of 2023 when the process began for me, and now, nearly three years later, i have the privilege of sharing its newest iteration at WestFest Dance Festival this weekend.

thank you rachael, dylan and carol and the rest of the westfest crew for supporting these artists and this work!

⁃ the exhaustion of performing
⁃ the quiet duty of first impressions
⁃ awkwardness, lingering in the silence
⁃ where does comfort live?
⁃ did i overshare
or just open?
⁃ what happens
when comfort lingers too long?
⁃ what happens
if i groove too hard?
⁃ the act of juggling
⁃ a hand to my heart

the development of this piece, in chronological order as you view these slides:
1. post-performance photo from the first ever showing of “Specifically Oranges” in the back of an adorable café in amsterdam
2. a clip of the original material at the café in amsterdam
3. a drawing made by an artist while i performed
4. gathering inspiration from a skylight in a dance studio inberlin
5. arms as branches… comfort
6. motif discovered in amsterdam
7. chunks on paper
8. dancing with an orange in london
9. talking to myself, trying to make sense of it all
10. second showing in brooklyn, ny (thank youuu @livshirley @gabbyaudet @riverjthompson)
11. more talking shot by @seanmorillo_0
12. hold for applause at GROworks
13. rooftop dancing at birds eye bash festival (thank youuu @avigoodmanfish @piperleistiko @clarahopefranklin)
14. an insane photoshoot with @capturedby.cassie

this solo, “Specifically Oranges,” has lived many lives.. across places, faces, and versions. i first performed it in the summer of 2023 when the process began for me, and now, nearly three years later, i have the privilege of sharing its newest iteration at WestFest Dance Festival this weekend.

thank you rachael, dylan and carol and the rest of the westfest crew for supporting these artists and this work!

View Instagram Stories in Secret

The Instagram Story Viewer is an easy tool that lets you secretly watch and save Instagram stories, videos, photos, or IGTV. With this service, you can download content and enjoy it offline whenever you like. If you find something interesting on Instagram that you’d like to check out later or want to view stories while staying anonymous, our Viewer is perfect for you. Anonstories offers an excellent solution for keeping your identity hidden. Instagram first launched the Stories feature in August 2023, which was quickly adopted by other platforms due to its engaging, time-sensitive format. Stories let users share quick updates, whether photos, videos, or selfies, enhanced with text, emojis, or filters, and are visible for only 24 hours. This limited time frame creates high engagement compared to regular posts. In today’s world, Stories are one of the most popular ways to connect and communicate on social media. However, when you view a Story, the creator can see your name in their viewer list, which may be a privacy concern. What if you wish to browse Stories without being noticed? Here’s where Anonstories becomes useful. It allows you to watch public Instagram content without revealing your identity. Simply enter the username of the profile you’re curious about, and the tool will display their latest Stories. Features of Anonstories Viewer: - Anonymous Browsing: Watch Stories without showing up on the viewer list. - No Account Needed: View public content without signing up for an Instagram account. - Content Download: Save any Stories content directly to your device for offline use. - View Highlights: Access Instagram Highlights, even beyond the 24-hour window. - Repost Monitoring: Track the reposts or engagement levels on Stories for personal profiles. Limitations: - This tool works only with public accounts; private accounts remain inaccessible. Benefits: - Privacy-Friendly: Watch any Instagram content without being noticed. - Simple and Easy: No app installation or registration required. - Exclusive Tools: Download and manage content in ways Instagram doesn’t offer.
