Mount Everest 2023. No finer moment on a mountain than one when you take out your jet boil and boil snow. I know Everest gets some stick in the media but it’s still the highest mountain in the world and it’s still epic!! And believe me, it will be the hardest thing you ever do. Any person that stands on the top and gets back down is a legend to me 🔥
Wishing you all a safe and successful season 🏔️

In another life I’m sure I raced bikes! One of those pinch me moments when Ducati invite you to celebrate their 100th birthday and the launch of the new Superleggera at one of the best tracks in the world, riding some of the best bikes ever made. The highlight of the day was doing laps with the one and only @dariomarchetti5 and sharing the track with @manupoggiali54. Caio🇮🇹🔴

38 in every 100,000 young male veterans in the UK die by suicide - the highest‑risk group in the veteran community.
The 38: Between Two Shores exists to confront life after service, where identity is lost, connection fades, and silence takes over.
During Mental Health Awareness Week, three veterans and three civilians will run together for 38 continuous hours, side by side - using shared effort to break barriers and face what’s often left unsaid.
Thank you to our sponsors for providing us with the fuel - @grenadeofficial and running gear - @newbalancerunning we need to complete the run!
We’ll be documenting the run as it unfolds on our Instagram - make sure to follow along!

As men, we carry weight, some self imposed, some placed on us by the world. We’re expected to be strong, to not need help, to know the answers, to get it right, to have it all figured out.
The older I get, and the closer I get to what younger me would’ve called success, the more I realise that none of us do. It’s all our first time on earth. There were no dress rehearsals, and the people we looked to for guidance? They had less of a clue than we thought.
The more men I meet who are wildly successful in one area of life but quietly failing in others, yet still expected to have it all figured out, the more I see that this is what being a man really is.
Being a man is having the ability to look misery and failure in the eye and keep going. To be there for others when your own life feels like it’s falling apart. To provide for your community when your internal world is struggling.
This is the way of the man.
We stand tall, knowing we’re flawed, and still show up every day.
Big thanks to @marc_uncharted and the lads for allowing me lead them in the hills.

The Instagram Story Viewer is an easy tool that lets you secretly watch and save Instagram stories, videos, photos, or IGTV. With this service, you can download content and enjoy it offline whenever you like. If you find something interesting on Instagram that you’d like to check out later or want to view stories while staying anonymous, our Viewer is perfect for you. Anonstories offers an excellent solution for keeping your identity hidden. Instagram first launched the Stories feature in August 2023, which was quickly adopted by other platforms due to its engaging, time-sensitive format. Stories let users share quick updates, whether photos, videos, or selfies, enhanced with text, emojis, or filters, and are visible for only 24 hours. This limited time frame creates high engagement compared to regular posts. In today’s world, Stories are one of the most popular ways to connect and communicate on social media. However, when you view a Story, the creator can see your name in their viewer list, which may be a privacy concern. What if you wish to browse Stories without being noticed? Here’s where Anonstories becomes useful. It allows you to watch public Instagram content without revealing your identity. Simply enter the username of the profile you’re curious about, and the tool will display their latest Stories. Features of Anonstories Viewer: - Anonymous Browsing: Watch Stories without showing up on the viewer list. - No Account Needed: View public content without signing up for an Instagram account. - Content Download: Save any Stories content directly to your device for offline use. - View Highlights: Access Instagram Highlights, even beyond the 24-hour window. - Repost Monitoring: Track the reposts or engagement levels on Stories for personal profiles. Limitations: - This tool works only with public accounts; private accounts remain inaccessible. Benefits: - Privacy-Friendly: Watch any Instagram content without being noticed. - Simple and Easy: No app installation or registration required. - Exclusive Tools: Download and manage content in ways Instagram doesn’t offer.
Keep track of Instagram updates discreetly while protecting your privacy and staying anonymous.
View profiles and photos anonymously with ease using the Private Profile Viewer.
This free tool allows you to view Instagram Stories anonymously, ensuring your activity remains hidden from the story uploader.
Anonstories lets users view Instagram stories without alerting the creator.
Works seamlessly on iOS, Android, Windows, macOS, and modern browsers like Chrome and Safari.
Prioritizes secure, anonymous browsing without requiring login credentials.
Users can view public stories by simply entering a username—no account needed.
Downloads photos (JPEG) and videos (MP4) with ease.
The service is free to use.
Content from private accounts can only be accessed by followers.
Files are for personal or educational use only and must comply with copyright rules.
Enter a public username to view or download stories. The service generates direct links for saving content locally.
