I’m struggling to find the words to properly describe this extraordinary experience but regardless, I’ll try - I’m beyond grateful to have crossed paths with all the generous & talented artists in our VIFF Catalyst cohort and I’m in awe of the incredible learning opportunities the program provided us within such a short time. Feeling very lucky to be surrounded by other passionate artists and to be able to celebrate film in this way…I hope I don’t ever take that for granted. It was heartwarming to connect with other filmmakers and to reconnect with old friends. Honestly, finding the courage to continue this path is half the battle but Catalyst has given me that extra boost of confidence I needed to go after my creative aspirations. My love for filmmaking has definitely been reignited and now let’s get to writing the next script ✍🏻✨
