Saw two outrageously speculative and thoughtful performances BEING MOVED and magic hour—golden time this past week from @maia.pologies and @thirdlyrelevant at @whitneymuseum that questioned ways of looking, being seen, and moving through museological space, while hinging upon the institutional histories and built environment.
Such an honor to have worked with you both and to see these works! 🧡🧡🧡

Incredibly lovely documentation of “Sudamericana tiene memoria del aire,” a publication accompanying Constanza Alarcón Tennen’s exhibition earlier last year @narsfoundation with contributions from Constanza / myself / Madeline Murphy Turner @madmurphturner / Jonathan González @thirdlyrelevant / and Paola Nava @paolanava_ ✨✨✨
The publication meditates on Constanza’s chapter in the trilogy “Nazca/Sudamericana,” conceived as a poetic and material narrative around a non-scientific relationship between the tectonic plates of Nazca and South America. The multimedia installation imagines erotic relational grounds between geological masses through performative elements, audiovisuals, texts, and sound sculptures activated by performers.

Thinking back to “suite for a minor meeting” by @thirdlyrelevant with performers @ifeanyict @ogeokoye_vicky @vaaaaaa_l commissioned for “Magical Thinking, of Systems and Beliefs” @tuftsartgalleries in partnership with @maahmuseum and in dialogue with dear @theglamorousacademic ✨✨✨
tracings, breath improvisations, reminiscing on liberatory space, authentic movement, collectivities, flocking, there is never a moment in which not to revel and learn with you, Jonathan!
*And yes, this is a belated post*

Conversations with artists such as @thirdlyrelevant guide, offer wisdom, and thoughtfully gesture towards a practice of intentional movement through the world. The work wends its way through embodied strategies of anti-theatricality, thinking alongside the lineages of Fred Moten and June Jordan (and many others), galvanizing the activist legacy of forebears such as CHARAS, working with and against site, and positioning writing as poetic travelogue across borders. And yet, there’s still much more to be said. Thank you, Jonathan ✨✨✨
And many thanks to @drewmsawyer & marcelacguerrero and @hiviscosity for the editorial care and ushering in this @whitneymuseum biennial publication.

“Magical Thinking, of Systems and Beliefs,” January 29-April 19, 2026 @tuftsartgalleries with work from @mabreu91 @internal_field @thirdlyrelevant @africanuso @ddbbaammoorriinn @sidony_oneal — thank your for conversations stretching years, from the co-convened symposium with manuel @massmoca through a @terraamericanart convening grant in 2023, to the exhibition now, and forthcoming reader designed by @commonspaced (as well as exhibition design!). Grateful for this thinking that wends its way past stymied structures, leading towards capacious rituals, systemic interventions, and decolonial praxis. Thank to @warholfoundation for their continued support.
Staying tuned for the publication and many courses from institutions in Greater Boston and community groups coming to visit.

INVERSE performance festival @themomentary curated by @lehuntnouveau & @emmalucillesaperstein was a warm gathering in brutally cold times and I was grateful to see works from @shirende @robbie.trocchia @theamtraklor @vanessadamilolamacaulay @jinluluo @big.boy.dance among so many others!
Valued the opportunity to gather for a curatorial roundtable led by Cynthia and Emma with Samuel Leal Vasquez, @erica_wall_art_patron @xuxarodriguezphd @klein_jennie engaging institutional, cultural, and artistic challenges in our field and trying to support one another in thinking boldly with artists — looking forward to more conversations 💫✨🌟

For issue 29:5 “On Breath” of @theprjournal edited by @sozitagood Illuminating the transformative power of breath in shaping the performing arts, I contributed a conversation with @_az__za_ and @t_j_shin “Ins(c)ense: Embodied culturing coding in the work of Azza El Siddique and TJ Shin.” Thank you Azza and TJ for sharing so much about bukhoor, sandaliyah, mugwort, cinchona, and even urine that activated olfactory and pneumatic portals in your works @bica.buffalo @bradleyertaskiran_ @mocatoronto @mitlistarts. Grateful for this chance to share space with artists reconsidering conversations of embodiment and immersion in this peer-reviewed journal dedicated to cross-disciplinary artistic and theoretical research, to which I’ve had the added pleasure of contributing in the past.
If folks want a PDF of the conversation, please DM!

Crawford, Nat Decker, Jeff Kasper, Jeffrey Meris, and Libby Paloma with graphic design from Emily Sara meditated upon, grappled with, and spoke to dissent and disability in our current moment alongside wisdom offered from @bighedva and @keys_wallet_phone ✨Many thanks to the @teigerfoundation for their incredible support and critical support from @warholfoundation through a curatorial fellowship in the development of the project back in 2022.
Really looking forward to the expansive conversations to come next year and through the catalog we’re cooking up with contributions @amanda_cachia @mev_merized @tagreathouse and designed by @bodyandforma ✨

So pleased to share “Sudamericana tiene memoria del aire” @narsfoundation supported by a @foundationforcontemporaryarts grant — a solo exhibition of Constanza Alarcón Tennen’s @alarcon_tennen multimedia installation. The show features a chapter within Alarcón Tennen’s larger trilogy “Nazca/Sudamericana,” conceived as a poetic and material narrative around a non-scientific relationship between the tectonic plates of Nazca and South America. The multimedia installation imagines erotic relational grounds between geological masses through performative elements, audiovisuals, texts, and sound sculptures activated by performers at the opening on the 17th!
An accompanying artist book has contributions from wonderful contributors @madmurphturner @thirdlyrelevant @paolanava_ @alarcon_tennen and yours truly 💜
Thank you Constanza for your vision & collaboration!

The Instagram Story Viewer is an easy tool that lets you secretly watch and save Instagram stories, videos, photos, or IGTV. With this service, you can download content and enjoy it offline whenever you like. If you find something interesting on Instagram that you’d like to check out later or want to view stories while staying anonymous, our Viewer is perfect for you. Anonstories offers an excellent solution for keeping your identity hidden. Instagram first launched the Stories feature in August 2023, which was quickly adopted by other platforms due to its engaging, time-sensitive format. Stories let users share quick updates, whether photos, videos, or selfies, enhanced with text, emojis, or filters, and are visible for only 24 hours. This limited time frame creates high engagement compared to regular posts. In today’s world, Stories are one of the most popular ways to connect and communicate on social media. However, when you view a Story, the creator can see your name in their viewer list, which may be a privacy concern. What if you wish to browse Stories without being noticed? Here’s where Anonstories becomes useful. It allows you to watch public Instagram content without revealing your identity. Simply enter the username of the profile you’re curious about, and the tool will display their latest Stories. Features of Anonstories Viewer: - Anonymous Browsing: Watch Stories without showing up on the viewer list. - No Account Needed: View public content without signing up for an Instagram account. - Content Download: Save any Stories content directly to your device for offline use. - View Highlights: Access Instagram Highlights, even beyond the 24-hour window. - Repost Monitoring: Track the reposts or engagement levels on Stories for personal profiles. Limitations: - This tool works only with public accounts; private accounts remain inaccessible. Benefits: - Privacy-Friendly: Watch any Instagram content without being noticed. - Simple and Easy: No app installation or registration required. - Exclusive Tools: Download and manage content in ways Instagram doesn’t offer.
Keep track of Instagram updates discreetly while protecting your privacy and staying anonymous.
