[ARCHITECTURE IDEAS COMPETITION 2025]
3rd Prize (shared): OFF - Open Floor Frankfurt by @gumball.agency : Moritz Hahn @morubh, Mark Balint @markblt, and Jakob Bittner (Würzburg, Germany)
The jury valued the project’s investigative approach and critical reading of the urban landscape. Through a careful and articulated process revolving around social and economic issues, the project highlights a striking reality: the largely under-occupied business district is symptomatic of a structural imbalance between built production and social needs.
Mark Balint, Jakob Bittner, and Moritz Hahn are spatial designers who joined forces for various collaborations after their studies in Würzburg, Germany. In 2025 they founded their shared practice gumball.agency, an experimental, transdisciplinary concept engine operating at the intersection of art, spatial design, and urban culture. Guided by research and intuition, they explore untapped potentials through unconventional synergies, creating projects that blur boundaries between disciplines and open new perspectives on contemporary spatial practice.

‘RENAISSANCE 2.0 x Peter Yee’, the first solo phygital exhibition showcasing 25 years of personal archives from Oakley’s former Vice President of Design, embarking on a multisensory journey spanning past, present, and future. Presented by SPIN.FASHION’s web3 technologies, the exhibition offers immersive experiences transcending time and space.
Accompanying the exhibition is ‘VECTOR,’ a short film that brings to life a cross-dimensional architectural odyssey within the phygital movement. Seamlessly integrating the physical space at K11 MUSEA, ‘VECTOR’ transports visitors into a dreamlike infrastructure, where reality blurs.
‘VECTOR’ challenges perceptions and invites exploration, enhancing the experience with visual effects that induce sensations of spatial distortions and weightlessness: guests are invited to recline in the iconic Butterflychair [17BB3], co-created by Mark Balint and Lor Albrighi, immersing in Peter’s designs and audio guide through SPIN XR on Apple Vision Pro, setting the stage for an unforgettable exploration of art, design, and technology.
‘The concept enables reflection on time by immersing individuals in curated worlds through spatial computing’, commented by SPIN.FASHION’s Spatial Director, Mark Balint, and Visual Director, Bora Güler.
Beyond its physical manifestation at K11 MUSEA, realised by In The Cut, the ‘VECTOR’ short also presents a framework for the physical-digital intersection in retail, where SPIN.FASHION sets a new standard for experiential architecture.

“Space as a medium offers its inhabitants a distinct opportunity for self-expression and self-identification. Our proposal tackles contemporary urban development in the form of an evolving space festival as creative and inclusive practice. The aim is to challenge traditional notions of spatial production while emphasizing sustainability, community, and the role of public space as a common good.”

OnSpace describes a journey of personal, emotional, analytical, theoretical, humorous, and joyful confrontations with space.
A relational concept of space that encompasses the social structure, the material world of objects and bodies, and the symbolic dimension of the social world is explored. The guiding idea of relationality is the assumption that space emerges in the interplay of objects, structures, and actions. The use of projections, installations, objects, visual concepts, and spatial tactics accompanies the journey through the exhibit.

The Instagram Story Viewer is an easy tool that lets you secretly watch and save Instagram stories, videos, photos, or IGTV. With this service, you can download content and enjoy it offline whenever you like. If you find something interesting on Instagram that you’d like to check out later or want to view stories while staying anonymous, our Viewer is perfect for you. Anonstories offers an excellent solution for keeping your identity hidden. Instagram first launched the Stories feature in August 2023, which was quickly adopted by other platforms due to its engaging, time-sensitive format. Stories let users share quick updates, whether photos, videos, or selfies, enhanced with text, emojis, or filters, and are visible for only 24 hours. This limited time frame creates high engagement compared to regular posts. In today’s world, Stories are one of the most popular ways to connect and communicate on social media. However, when you view a Story, the creator can see your name in their viewer list, which may be a privacy concern. What if you wish to browse Stories without being noticed? Here’s where Anonstories becomes useful. It allows you to watch public Instagram content without revealing your identity. Simply enter the username of the profile you’re curious about, and the tool will display their latest Stories. Features of Anonstories Viewer: - Anonymous Browsing: Watch Stories without showing up on the viewer list. - No Account Needed: View public content without signing up for an Instagram account. - Content Download: Save any Stories content directly to your device for offline use. - View Highlights: Access Instagram Highlights, even beyond the 24-hour window. - Repost Monitoring: Track the reposts or engagement levels on Stories for personal profiles. Limitations: - This tool works only with public accounts; private accounts remain inaccessible. Benefits: - Privacy-Friendly: Watch any Instagram content without being noticed. - Simple and Easy: No app installation or registration required. - Exclusive Tools: Download and manage content in ways Instagram doesn’t offer.
Keep track of Instagram updates discreetly while protecting your privacy and staying anonymous.
