Today the MI team popped onto a live site to catch up with contractors, talk reuse opportunities, and rescue a few gems for tonight's exhibition at 1 Poultry ✨

Join Material Index and fellow reuse experts for a discussion on 𝘋𝘦𝘤𝘰𝘯𝘴𝘵𝘳𝘶𝘤𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯 𝘋𝘦𝘵𝘢𝘪𝘭𝘪𝘯𝘨, part of the public programme for the exhibition 𝘞𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘭𝘢𝘴𝘵𝘴 𝘥𝘰𝘦𝘴𝘯’𝘵 𝘢𝘭𝘸𝘢𝘺𝘴 𝘩𝘰𝘭𝘥 𝘴𝘩𝘢𝘱𝘦, hosted at 1 𝐏𝐨𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐫𝐲.

Set within the exhibition, Material Index invites you to a conversation led by architects, engineers, artists, and material specialists exploring how buildings are taken apart. The discussion will consider how acts of subtraction are represented, negotiated, and rarely detailed, and how these decisions ultimately shape what becomes waste and 𝒘𝒉𝒂𝒕 𝒊𝒔 𝒂𝒍𝒍𝒐𝒘𝒆𝒅 𝒕𝒐 𝒍𝒂𝒔𝒕.
