We’re proud to announce James C. Williamson @jamescwilliamson and Meekaaeel Adam @meekaaeel have been appointed as jurors to the Mostra Competitiva Madrugadão Fantaspoa @fantaspoa.

Madrugadão (the Big Dawn) is a legendary, all-night showcase of this year’s best midnight cinema: four films, back-to-back from midnight to sunrise at @cinematecacapitolio.

James C. Williamson - producer/screenwriter
James and his production label, The Department of Special Projects, are a rising force in elevated genre, producing debuts for visionary directors Ryan Kruger (Shudder’s Fried Barry) and Meekaaeel Adam (Amazon’s The Trek). The past two weeks have been a whirlwind, and it’s difficult to put into words.

The Trek premiered at @fantasportofest and the @joburg_film_festival , which wouldn’t have been possible without:

To @jamescwilliamson @thedept.tv , There’s a hell of a lot I could say about you as my producer, but most importantly - thank you for your friendship in this space, and for believing in me to tell the story.
