I don’t think they expanded much with him after this initial “Save Room” campaign, which is a shame, but I was stoked to be part of it nonetheles.🍦
This was another one where I reallllly pushed some of the dramatic shifts and even though Matt loved it we had to pull back because it would’ve scared the clients…hmm, I’m beginning to see a pattern here. To be fair, my mom always told me when throwing a party it’s better to have too much food than not enough.

⏪On our next Timeline Rewind!⏪ We’ve got Jack “dropping” in with some deals from 2023. Friends in Salt Lake City might have caught this one. Or maybe you saw a different intro if you had a Jack in the Box opening in your city. 🍔
I’ve done a number of JIB spots over the years but this one has always been a fun one to look back on. I got to play a ton with the sound design but Win had me take it down a notch when I started using sniper fire SFX for some of the shots… said clients might think it was a “bit much.” Maybe I was having a little too much fun with the SFX… either way I’m just glad they let me keep the explosion sound at the end lol.

Tbh I’ve got mixed feelings about this ongoing campaign mostly because the spots always end up grossing me out lol. Thankfully this one is not so bad. Though I do feel for the dad, no one likes to get sick on vacation.
Also!! Fun fact… they loved my voice for the temp readings but at the time I wasn’t yet SAG plus they already had this dude set up for it. Maybe one day I’ll get that Amazon VO money ha 🤪

Fun bit is they were cut AND approved in like two days over a weekend to make it out for the new iPhone announcement the following week. Honestly, it was CRAZY WORK but I really bonded with the creative team on this one so that was nice.
Side fact: the weekend timeline brought back memories of my days competing in the Los Angeles 48 Hour Film Project @48hourfilmla. Me and my team @trincoeros competed like ten years straight and were kind of a big deal lol anyway, all that to say THIS GUY is no stranger to tight turnarounds or referring to himself in the third person!

Really it’s just a way to backload content onto the gram 🤪 but this one in particular is truly a favorite of mine. It’s still on my reel today! Coming in hot from 2022. Originally shot to be a 15, but there was so much good stuff I had to make a 30.
Fun fact, at the time this was one of the most (unintentionally) VFX heavy jobs I’d done, replacing arms, heads, props, (even cats!) to land the rhythm and to get it to time! Shoutout to TIMBER @timber_vfx Flame Artist Brian Shneider @bri.shnei for rolling with the punches.

Before becoming a rostered Editor for @arcade_edit I competed as an assistant in the @campkuleshov national trailer competition and won the whole darned thing. Now I’m not saying winning is the reason I became a rostered Editor but I’m not NOT saying it.
You pick 1-3 movies from their given list along with a genre and edit a completely new movie trailer.
This edit is what came about after I saw the list of movies and leaned over to @classymitch and chuckled “Die Die Birdie” would be an awesome title right? “Sure.” They shrugged. Fun times.
