Today marks 33 years on this earth and I thought I would use it to share this still from our film Sands of Fate. I’ve been wanting to share it for 3 years now since I shot it and still didn’t want to after the films release because it gives away part of the twist. But at this point it’s time to share it.
It’s one of my favorite images I’ve ever shot. The photo encompasses the talents, time, dedication, and passion of so many artist. Everyone I would show asked which Star Wars film or show it was from. We made this on a basically non-existent budget and extremely small crew and it was built in a garage! This scene also landed me my ASC mentorship after years of applying with multiple ASC members from the committee reaching out privately to tell me how impressed they were.
This isn’t because of just me, it’s because of the incredible friends and collaborators who helped bring this project to life and the crews I’ve been blessed to work with for years. I write this to say, find your tribe. Find the people that are just as passionate about something as you are and keep working together. I would LOVE to make more stuff like this with people I’ve never worked with and continue to grow with the people I have.
As I celebrate 33 years of incredible life I leave you with my all time favorite quote from Jim Carrey. “You can fail at what you don’t want, so you might as well take a chance on doing what you love.” Here’s to 2024!

Last week I turned 29 and it’s interesting for me because not only is it my final year in my 20s, it’s also the start of a new decade and 10 years since I graduated high school. Life seems to go so slow sometimes and then other times you look back and can’t believe how many things have happen in such a short amount of time. In the last 10 years I can’t believe some of the things I’ve accomplished. I’ve worked for and with some incredible people and been so blessed with the opportunity to travel the world while doing it. There were some crazy once in a lifetime experiences like shutting down Dicks Burgers in Seattle with 5k people surrounding us. But I’ll never forget the amazing people that made this decade and my life so special. Here are a list of some of my favorite accomplishments. -Graduated High School, went to a community college and then dropped out of school. -Shot a music video for Macklemore & Ryan Lewis
-Went on tour all over Europe and the US with Macklemore & Ryan Lewis. -First time being to Europe
-I’ve been to every single state in the US except Alaska
-I sat in on Macklemore’s cover shoot for Billboard, after I had just woken up and I was in my socks and basketball shorts
-Got to shoot with the prototype of the Movi all of tour
-Joined the Logic team and starting creating tons of content for Logic
-Designed the entire inside album booklet for Logic’s debut “Under Pressure”
-Had my photos published in a bunch of magazines for Visit Napa campaign
-Shot my first national commercial campaign
-Worked for Trey Songz
-Shot 2 music videos that I helped produce, direct, and shoot, on the universal backlot
-Toured with G-Eazy, YG, Yo Gotti and more on the Logic X G-Eazy tour
-I’m on the cover on a platinum selling album!! (Seriously wtf)
-Flew on private jets
-Something I shot is on a Star Wars DVD!
-Traveled to Mongolia
-Traveled back to Europe and visited my home countries of Greece and Ireland
-Met the love of my life
-Bought my first house
-Sold my first house
-Bought a real house
And most importantly, married the love of my life @gillianentin Their of course were a lot of downs but instagram won’t let me write anything more than this lol

Sage is inspired to be the most exciting version of himself. Get inspired in our Secret Life of Walter Mitty episode!

We’ve been working on this for a while now. Excited to finally release Exposure Check for iPhone, iPad, and Mac. Import images from tv, film, or anything you shoot directly on to your phone and use our EL Zone or False Color overlay to check how an image is getting exposed. Use the iPhones camera to live el zone or false color while you’re on set.
Everything stores locally. Organize into projects so you can reference whenever you want, right at your finger tips.
More features are already being worked on.
We’ve been testing with other DPs for the last 2 months and it’s finally ready. Search for Exposure Check in the App Store or FilmSwagStore.com #filmmaking #elzone #falsecolor #exposurecheck #cinematography

The Instagram Story Viewer is an easy tool that lets you secretly watch and save Instagram stories, videos, photos, or IGTV. With this service, you can download content and enjoy it offline whenever you like. If you find something interesting on Instagram that you’d like to check out later or want to view stories while staying anonymous, our Viewer is perfect for you. Anonstories offers an excellent solution for keeping your identity hidden. Instagram first launched the Stories feature in August 2023, which was quickly adopted by other platforms due to its engaging, time-sensitive format. Stories let users share quick updates, whether photos, videos, or selfies, enhanced with text, emojis, or filters, and are visible for only 24 hours. This limited time frame creates high engagement compared to regular posts. In today’s world, Stories are one of the most popular ways to connect and communicate on social media. However, when you view a Story, the creator can see your name in their viewer list, which may be a privacy concern. What if you wish to browse Stories without being noticed? Here’s where Anonstories becomes useful. It allows you to watch public Instagram content without revealing your identity. Simply enter the username of the profile you’re curious about, and the tool will display their latest Stories. Features of Anonstories Viewer: - Anonymous Browsing: Watch Stories without showing up on the viewer list. - No Account Needed: View public content without signing up for an Instagram account. - Content Download: Save any Stories content directly to your device for offline use. - View Highlights: Access Instagram Highlights, even beyond the 24-hour window. - Repost Monitoring: Track the reposts or engagement levels on Stories for personal profiles. Limitations: - This tool works only with public accounts; private accounts remain inaccessible. Benefits: - Privacy-Friendly: Watch any Instagram content without being noticed. - Simple and Easy: No app installation or registration required. - Exclusive Tools: Download and manage content in ways Instagram doesn’t offer.
