One heckuva ride, indeed! We just received news that not only did Bartels take home three Golds, but we won Best of Show in the District Regionals.
We're headed to Austin for Nationals in May!
Some final thoughts from our interview with Marcellus Williams. His thoughts on injustice in his case and in America at large, but also his thoughts on how much good he found in the world through his faith, his son and those that came together to support him. May his death be a catalyst for reform. #marcelluswilliams #documentary #deathpenalty #injustice #innocenceproject #reels

Sometimes we’re tasked with building a library of assets for a well-established brand…and sometimes we need to shoot assets to be composited into previous library assets, but we’re always up for the task! New work from director Noah Readhead @noahreadhead and photographer Judd Demaline @iamjudd_demaline for Fancy Feast from our friends at CKMK.

How does an innocent man get executed in America today? In Missouri, it might be easier than you think.
For a state that incarcerates its population at a higher rate than most countries on earth the system has been rigged to make sure these convictions remain final no matter what comes to light.
At the center of it all: Marcellus Williams. Even though DNA evidence was discovered seven years ago that could have exonerated him, the state has refused to even allow an evidentiary hearing to present this.
Marcellus Williams’ execution date is currently set for September 24th, 2024.

The Internet is an amazing tool. It makes the world much, much smaller. I found @lucaschwantes ‘s work online and knew that I wanted him to animate a project that @mt.richmond and myself were working on.
Lucas was based in Porto, Portugal, but we decided to give it a try. Over a year later, we’ve passed PSD files back and forth via Google Drive and WeTransfer and animation direction via Google Docs. We wrote at least a hundred emails and did Google Meet a few times. We are almost finished with the documentary, “David Bartels’ Fifteen Minutes” and thought it fitting that I’d come visit him while in Portugal. Lucas has been an amazing collaborator and an artist.
Thanks for showing us a good time and for introducing us to Francesinhas.
I can’t wait to drop this project. Swipe through for a tease of the upcoming documentary project.

Incredibly proud to be part of the “George” team. Our documentary is up for a Jury Award in the Shorts category at @sebastopoldocs. We’ve been selected and are amongst some of documentary’s heaviest hitters including @bgproudfoot at @breakwaterstudios.
Sebastopol Documentary Film Festival runs March 16-19 in person, with the virtual festival running March 20-29.
This festival is Academy Award Qualifying….so wish us luck!

In the summer of 2016, I made a bold choice.
After years of producing uninspiring brand stories, I set out to tell a narrative of my own—no big brands, no key messaging, no briefs—just a heartfelt story about an extraordinary individual.
I enlisted my good friend, @nateltownsend to help give vision to my idea. This project became a real passion of mine. We spent 3 years capturing footage and a year of post-production. The timeline wasn’t really the driving force on this, but telling the story as authentically as I could was. The project would be done when it was done.
When I locked the edit, I reached out to @djcoolfire to see if @coolfirestudios would help me with finishing. He agreed and put @kevykevj on color, @brentj21 on scoring and @danedickmann on sound design.
When Coolfire had finished, I was massively proud of the piece that we had created and I set my sights on winning a regional Emmy. With the support of many, “Always Coming Back” earned one.
It’s silly, but this trophy represents validation that going out on my own was the right move. Thanks to everyone that helped me get here.

The Instagram Story Viewer is an easy tool that lets you secretly watch and save Instagram stories, videos, photos, or IGTV. With this service, you can download content and enjoy it offline whenever you like. If you find something interesting on Instagram that you’d like to check out later or want to view stories while staying anonymous, our Viewer is perfect for you. Anonstories offers an excellent solution for keeping your identity hidden. Instagram first launched the Stories feature in August 2023, which was quickly adopted by other platforms due to its engaging, time-sensitive format. Stories let users share quick updates, whether photos, videos, or selfies, enhanced with text, emojis, or filters, and are visible for only 24 hours. This limited time frame creates high engagement compared to regular posts. In today’s world, Stories are one of the most popular ways to connect and communicate on social media. However, when you view a Story, the creator can see your name in their viewer list, which may be a privacy concern. What if you wish to browse Stories without being noticed? Here’s where Anonstories becomes useful. It allows you to watch public Instagram content without revealing your identity. Simply enter the username of the profile you’re curious about, and the tool will display their latest Stories. Features of Anonstories Viewer: - Anonymous Browsing: Watch Stories without showing up on the viewer list. - No Account Needed: View public content without signing up for an Instagram account. - Content Download: Save any Stories content directly to your device for offline use. - View Highlights: Access Instagram Highlights, even beyond the 24-hour window. - Repost Monitoring: Track the reposts or engagement levels on Stories for personal profiles. Limitations: - This tool works only with public accounts; private accounts remain inaccessible. Benefits: - Privacy-Friendly: Watch any Instagram content without being noticed. - Simple and Easy: No app installation or registration required. - Exclusive Tools: Download and manage content in ways Instagram doesn’t offer.
Keep track of Instagram updates discreetly while protecting your privacy and staying anonymous.
View profiles and photos anonymously with ease using the Private Profile Viewer.
This free tool allows you to view Instagram Stories anonymously, ensuring your activity remains hidden from the story uploader.
