In a full Philharmonie de Paris, seven dancers, three musicians, a choir and a noise punk-rock band came together for the multidimensional dance opera NOUS, le RADEAU / WE, the LUST. Onto the raft they went and set sail onto a journey of desire, hope, hallucination, erotica and brutality embracing the madness.

Transformation and Interaction from Bodies to Technology.

CURRENTS BETWEEN BODY, TECHNOLOGY AND ENVIROMENT

The Alter Wartesaal at Herne train station is one of the Ruhr area’s most distinctive venues for experimental music. The historic space provides a focused listening environment in which sound, space, and perception can unfold directly.

With projects by Robin Moedder x Thomas Machoczek, Farzané and Molly Joyce, this evening brings together three artistic works that examine transformation and interactions between humans, technology, and the environment from different perspectives.

What they have in common is an interest in dynamic systems and unstable states. Water, learning machines, and technical extensions of the body become starting points for sonic processes in which physical, digital, and bodily levels interact.

The result is an evening that brings together ecological dynamics, artificial intelligence, and physical experience. The works show different ways in which artistic practice today moves between technology, the environment, and embodied knowledge, thus touching on central questions of current international sound art.

Is a series of procedures connecting the public space and the theater as a social gathering space
Featuring two installations at DAS building
a public space site specific performance and a participatory event, ongoing process which is happening since February in Amsterdam.
The process is not about one theme but how complexity connects us all, and how disconnected we tend to be.
Ecology of the sense, engagement with the more than human.

"8 años tarde"parte de un recuerdo personal, el momento en que mi papá descubrió, muchos años después, que un amigo suyo ya no estaba. Desde ahí, la pieza se abre hacia algo más amplio, la memoria, la presencia, el olvido y la forma en la que una persona sigue existiendo en nosotros.
A veces alguien no desaparece cuando se va, sino cuando la noticia finalmente nos alcanza.
