For the past few months, I’ve been collaborating with @edithcowanuniversity (Perth) to push the boundaries of what digital art can do when fused with architecture. The result is a massive-scale immersive installation unlike anything I’ve ever attempted.

This video shows how the artwork completely redefines the space: from the 407-square-metre, four-storey indoor LED canvas (the largest in Australia) to the exterior façade wrapping the building. The campus is no longer just concrete, it’s a living story.

Kanvas Gallery presents In Time, an exhibition by @project22.art in collaboration with @leilahellergallery.

Beirut Balconies explores the city through its most intimate architectural threshold: the balcony. Neither fully public nor fully private, these suspended spaces become quiet witnesses to everyday life, holding traces of presence, memory, and absence. Emerging from Chafic Mekawi’s experience growing up between Beirut and Dubai, the exhibition reflects on the fragmented way cities are remembered and emotionally inhabited.

Blending physical and digital artworks, and an immersive journey, the exhibition becomes a visual tribute to the UAE and Lebanon through architecture, memory, and storytelling — narrated by the artists themselves.

С 14 ноября в Центре Внутри на Хлебозаводе №9 открывается международная выставка «Гибридные хроники», которая объединяет 17 художников и 6 кураторских коллективов из России, Китая, Турции, Великобритании, ОАЭ и Южной Кореи.

Это совместный проект команды FUTUART @futuartrussia и центра цифрового искусства «Внутри».

Экспозиция представляет собой мультимедиа-опыт, в рамках которого художники исследуют пограничные состояния между телом, технологией, культурой и идентичностью.
Выставка неразрывно связана с актуальным моментом, где привычные представления о «нормальности» переживают кризис.

Premiere of the international digital exhibition “Hybrid Chronicles” | FUTUART x Center Vnutri

Starting November 14, the Center Vnutri presents the international exhibition “Hybrid Chronicles”, bringing together 17 artists and 6 curatorial collectives from Russia, China, Turkey, the UK, the UAE, and South Korea.

It’s a joint project by the FUTUART team @futuartrussia and the Vnutri Digital Art Center.

The exhibition is a multimedia experience exploring the boundaries between body, technology, culture, and identity — reflecting a moment when our ideas of “normality” are undergoing crisis.

Blurring the line between physical and virtual, the piece invites viewers into a speculative architecture shaped by motion, time, and emotion.

In 2018, their AI-generated Portrait of Edmond de Belamy sold at Christie’s New York for $432,500, marking a historic moment that propelled AI art into the global spotlight. Blending research and creativity, Obvious treat algorithms as collaborators—expanding what art can be in the age of machines.

For History Encoded, Obvious present Be Water (2025), an immersive video installation created with their proprietary OnlyFlow movement-to-video algorithm. Projected across multiple walls, vapor, droplets, streams, and tides emerge not as literal depictions, but as evolving, AI-driven flows. Each surface is trained separately, yet together they create a seamless journey—echoing the endless transformations of water itself.

Through this piece, Obvious reflect Era 6 (2015–2022) — when AI became both medium and collaborator, blurring the line between authorship, technology, and art. Be Water is not only an artwork, but a metaphor: an invitation to dissolve into rhythm, adaptability, and the invisible forces that connect us all.
