Lida Cardozo Kindersley has devoted half a century to her craft. A momentous transition for her workshop becomes a portal for reflection – on the power of relationships, the mystery of creativity, and the legacies we leave behind.

This is not the best recording i've ever made and certainly one of the shortest but I just love that a Butterfly makes this sound!
The Variable Cracker Butterfly (Hamadryas Feronia) can be found in Brazil, Paraguay, Peru and Guyana. They are often found head down on tree trunks and when another Butterfly flies in the close vicinity the males fly out and make the "cracking" sound where their name comes from.
I recorded this in the gardens of Rock View Lodge during our journey through the Rupununi in 2012

The Guianan cock-of-the-rock is a fascinating bird to see and an exciting animal to go in search of. They live near rocky outcrops where the female builds her nest. They are found in the tropical rainforests of French Guiana, Suriname, Guyana, Southern Venezuela, Eastern Colombia and Northern Brazil Amazon region.
They are lekking birds so the males do an enchanting display dance on the ‘court’, an area within the lek where the males display to attract a female.
On this trip to Guyana alongside my guide @leon_moore_nature_experience who has expert knowledge of both the wildlife and area we were able to locate a lek spot, spend a few hours observing the birds and place my microphones close to the court to get an sonic insight into the world of this magical bird.
In this recording you can hear the male bird landing and taking off from his court, display movements and a variety of calls.

Nightlife is an collection of authentic nightclub based crowd ambiences, professionally recorded over an entire evening outside a busy and popular nightlife location in London.
This unique library captures audible moments beginning with a few small groups of revellers, excitable but sober as they arrive for their evening out. Then the ambiences journey through to the earlier hours of the next morning and throwing out time, when larger crowds emerge louder, looser and perhaps drunker than before.

For our Boxing Gym library we visited three different gyms around the UK. Two in London and a children’s gym in Newcastle and present a wide range of sounds to enhance your library.
We captured a variety of punches at various strengths, multiple perspectives and on different equipment; punch bags, pads, punch ball and speed ball, featuring single hits and combinations of impacts.
Additionally, we recorded body falls in the ring, corner pads and ropes. Footwork in the ring with; steps, scrapes and shuffles.
