🌍SAM🎼FALLS🌏
Created for the Powder Art Foundation (@powderartfoundation), an outdoor art park located on Powder Mountain in Utah, Sam Falls’ (@samfalls) ‘Geological Time (Healing Tree)’ (2026) is a site-responsive installation comprising 2,000 linear feet of strung semi-precious gemstones including tourmaline, labradorite, amethyst, and rose quartz. The work is wrapped around an aspen tree near the Hidden Lake Lift and riffs on the ski resort tradition of adorning a chosen tree with tossed trinkets from chairlifts, transforming that irreverent ritual into a meditation on geological time, seasonal change, and the movement of natural light.

Originally working with photography, Falls abandoned the medium specific tools such as camera, film, and printing over a decade ago to work more intimately with the conceptual precepts of photography – namely time, exposure, and representation. Known for his site-specific, durational works engaging nature as both medium and subject, Falls creates artworks that are primary sources of prolonged exposure to the atmosphere and environment in order to bridge the gap between artistic production and the viewer of the finished piece, carrying the ecology of a place and the history of its experience. In this new exhibition, Falls returns to traditional photography, incorporating it with his idiosyncratic processes surrounding painting and sculpture developed from working with the environment en plein air, expanding and collapsing the mediums together.

@SamFalls is now on view at @Simose_ArtMuseum in Hiroshima, Japan, as part of the 'SIMOSE New Collection Exhibition.'
This exhibition presents a selection of new works by Falls, including the monumental work 'Spring to Fall' (2023–2024), which was exhibited at Art Basel Unlimited in 2024 before being acquired by the museum. Standing at over 3.6 metres in height and 45 metres in width, the piece took over a year to complete.
Sam Falls (b. 1984) has attracted attention in recent years thanks to his technique of arranging branches, leaves and flowers on canvases, sprinkling them with dye and then exposing them to sunlight, rain and wind in order to transform them into paintings. The resulting works are eye-catching due to their vivid colours and familiar motifs, but Falls' process also reflects his interest in the basic principles of photography, his awareness of the relationship between viewer, artwork, and artist, and his deeper meditations on nature and the transience of life.
The exhibition is on view through December 14, 2025.

The Instagram Story Viewer is an easy tool that lets you secretly watch and save Instagram stories, videos, photos, or IGTV. With this service, you can download content and enjoy it offline whenever you like. If you find something interesting on Instagram that you’d like to check out later or want to view stories while staying anonymous, our Viewer is perfect for you. Anonstories offers an excellent solution for keeping your identity hidden. Instagram first launched the Stories feature in August 2023, which was quickly adopted by other platforms due to its engaging, time-sensitive format. Stories let users share quick updates, whether photos, videos, or selfies, enhanced with text, emojis, or filters, and are visible for only 24 hours. This limited time frame creates high engagement compared to regular posts. In today’s world, Stories are one of the most popular ways to connect and communicate on social media. However, when you view a Story, the creator can see your name in their viewer list, which may be a privacy concern. What if you wish to browse Stories without being noticed? Here’s where Anonstories becomes useful. It allows you to watch public Instagram content without revealing your identity. Simply enter the username of the profile you’re curious about, and the tool will display their latest Stories. Features of Anonstories Viewer: - Anonymous Browsing: Watch Stories without showing up on the viewer list. - No Account Needed: View public content without signing up for an Instagram account. - Content Download: Save any Stories content directly to your device for offline use. - View Highlights: Access Instagram Highlights, even beyond the 24-hour window. - Repost Monitoring: Track the reposts or engagement levels on Stories for personal profiles. Limitations: - This tool works only with public accounts; private accounts remain inaccessible. Benefits: - Privacy-Friendly: Watch any Instagram content without being noticed. - Simple and Easy: No app installation or registration required. - Exclusive Tools: Download and manage content in ways Instagram doesn’t offer.
