@alchemyrewire is a breath-mind method that uses conscious breathing, breath holds, and sound to regulate the nervous system. Blending principles from freediving, somatic work, and nervous system training, it helps you come back to center and stay present without burning out.

Our facilitator @agusflowcus came to this practice through an unexpected path: 22 years of rugby, six as a professional in Europe... until an injury stopped everything and sent him on a quest. One session of Alchemy Rewire in Ibiza changed the direction entirely. He has been facilitating around the world ever since.

At Sands of Kismet, he holds space for a reset to keep you present and energized for everything that’s to come. 🧿
