The chapel and station by @aubreymaxwelldesign with @perezconstructionsf
At the tip top of the house, capped by the jagged angular lines of the roof above, the chapel is a space designed for gathering and reflection. In @aubreymaxwelldesign’s mission to enwrap the soul, entice the body, and excite the mind, natural materials and textures in earthy tones became the medium. A chapel for one, a chapel for many, a chapel for all.
The station was built with ochre finger tiles, a curved shower and a terrazzo floor because everyone deserves a cool bathroom. As @aubreymaxwell said, shouldn’t it be a place that you want to show off to friends, enemies and lovers?
Details from the chapel include a vintage chandelier from @almondandcompany, stained glass by @lenox.stained.glass, a custom dining table by @mf_finewoodworking, sectional from @coupdetatsf, coffee table from @flexformspa, rug by @safarrugs, lighting from @gardeshop, @incommonwith, @jcm_3000, @ochreochregallery, @rbw_studio, @visualcomfort and @workstead, tile and marble from @davincimarble, art from @christophermartingallery, @gallerywendinorris, fabric from @desousahughes and custom millwork by @snake.craft.
Details from the station include marble and tile from @davincimarble @mcintyretile, lighting from @rbw_studio and @visualcomfort, wood windows and doors from @agriverinc, switches and outlets from @corston.us, and custom millwork by @snake.craft.

The Slow Spin by @kimberleyharrisoninteriors
Kimberley created a utility space that is not quite what it seems. Reframing laundry as an elevated ritual within this historic Victorian, the space feels discovered rather than announced. Every detail suggests something beyond utility, inviting you to linger a moment longer than expected. Transforming utility into atmosphere, the design proves that even the most hardworking spaces can hold a sense of intrigue.
Some of the details include the Calacatta Oyster marble from @pietrafina, custom millwork by @gammadesigns, commissioned art by @jayne.biehn, custom blend marble flooring from @allnaturalstone @artistictile_sf, hand-painted outlets by trentongregoryfineart, switches by @corston.us, lighting from @desousahughes, cabinetry hardware by @studiobelmont.co and objects from @inkandporcelain.

Birds of a Feather by Andrea of @sonomainteriors
The bedroom’s thoughtful layout and timeless palette allows the space to function effortlessly across generations as a refined sanctuary. The softly curved blush headboard and sumptuous alpaca drapery woven with feather-like plumes lend a subtle, flirty charm while paying homage to the theme “Birds of a Feather” — a poetic expression of community.
Evoking the romance of the Victorian era, the bathroom is a layered and timeless retreat—where historic charm meets modern livability, creating a space designed to evolve gracefully with the home and the generation who inhabit it.
Representing the Sonoma and Napa design community, @sonomainteriors incorporated local artisans and vendors throughout the design, celebrating the rich craftsmanship the region brings to the Bay Area design landscape.
Details from the bedroom include a custom headboard from @bella_furniture_home, custom rug by @therugfinder, wallpaper by @houseofhackney and @auxabris, sconces by @cedarandmoss, window treatments by @sandrajordanprimaalpaca, fabric from @manuelcanovasparis, @cowtanandtout, @dedarmilano, @kneedlerfauchere, @theofficialnancycorzine and @shearsandwindowinc, headboard shelves by @danielhopperdesign, marble from @davincimarble, glass and ceramic vessels by @inkandporcelain, and chair and console table from @colemanandrose.
Some details from the bathroom include a custom vanity by @gammadesigns, marble from @davincimarble, ceiling light from @hewnsf, wallpaper by @houseofhackney, sconces by @incommonwith, glass and ceramic vessels from @inkandporcelain, and handmade floor and niche tile by @mcintyretile @davincimarble.

Well Played: The Game Room and Well Played, Ladies: A Sunlit Hideaway by @alygaydesign
In Aly’s sunlit game room, she brings her love of whimsical pattern play to life, layering bold color with elevated detail. Well Played: The Game Room and Well Played, Ladies: A Sunlit Hideaway by @alygaydesign
In Aly’s sunlit game room, she brings her love of whimsical pattern play to life, layering bold color with elevated detail. This space is designed to evoke joy, setting the stage for spontaneous gatherings and spirited competition. The kind of room that draws you in and insists you stay: one more game, one more story, one more smile.
Tucked just out of sight, the hideaway reveals itself like a well-kept secret. The space offers an immediate shift in tempo: a stolen moment from the day, designed for connection, where time feels negotiable. A celebration of friendship, where the true luxury is simply being together.

Double Standard and Jack & Jill Bathroom by @jeffreyneveinteriordesign
Double Standard explores the tension between inherited tradition and personal interpretation. Inspired by Jeffrey’s dog-eared copy of The Official Preppy Handbook and its codes of style and structure, as well as the stylized world of the film Rushmore, this room reflects his ongoing fascination with heritage and how it evolves. The result is a classic boys’ bedroom growing up, leaving home for college and stepping into their own point of view by honoring what they’ve grown up with, but makes room for who they’re becoming.
The starting point for the Jack & Jill Bathroom was the Josephine Munsey Whimsical Clumps wallpaper. With the pattern feeling painterly and alive, full of movement and quiet humor Jeffrey felt it naturally connected to the bedroom beyond where classic ideas are interpreted with a lighter touch. This room is about equilibrium, two perspectives meeting comfortably in the middle.
Some details from the bedroom include twin beds lacquered and reupholstered by @revitaliste, a natural fibre rug from @fibreworks, stone from @davincimarble, antiques from @gardencourtsf, decor from @epocasf and @gastonydaniela, furniture from @desousahughes and @ironiesdesign, lighting by @rtolighting and @visualcomfort, art by @aerenagalleries, @billbloomfield, @dolbychadwickgallery and @jamesbacchicontemporary, wallpaper and fabric from @kneedlerfauchere, @kravet1918 and @osborneandlittle.
Some details from the bathroom include cabinetry by @andersonsqualitywoodwork, stone and tile from @davincimarble @dulcettile, sconces by @beataheuman, wallpaper from @kravet, art from @dolbychadwickgallery, and objects from @inkandporcelain.

Like many historic San Francisco Victorians, the second and third floors on this year’s Showcase home were completely disconnected; the third floor was accessible only by a narrow, meandering back staircase.
Recognizing a significant opportunity to increase the home’s market value, DAB members Geoffrey de Sousa, Greg Cook and William Duff were able to conceive a bold structural move: extending the front staircase to unify the upper levels and removing the back staircase to open up space for a robust laundry room and top floor mechanical room. Dozens had walked through and noted the stairs but it wasn’t until those three got together that we realized it was possible.
Despite the ambitious timeline of our work, we wanted to improve the house for the owners and future families alike. In just under two months, we designed, permitted, and built a brand-new internal staircase. We are honored that the owners trusted our vision to transform the flow and cohesion of this beautiful home.
A special thank you to @cook_construction_sf and @wdarch_inc for conceptualizing the vision and @wdarch_inc and @perezconstructionsf for turning it into a reality.

West | Red Bedroom and West | Red Dressing room by @castellanosinteriors
The West | Red Bedroom is defined by restraint rather than excess, where warmth is introduced with intention. Muted reds appear as accents rather than declarations, woven into textiles and materials to create a quiet sensuality instead of overt drama. Each element feels deliberate, contributing to an atmosphere that is hushed and intimate, as if the room is meant to be experienced slowly.
The West | Red Dressing Room is composed with the same restraint, yet its purpose leans toward quiet spectacle. The muted reds appear in material blocks and drapery, grounding the space while introducing warmth that feels deliberate rather than decorative. Natural light moves through the west facing windows, catching marble, tile, fabric and polished surfaces, allowing texture to speak before color. Tucked discreetly within the room, a private bar introduces a note of ritual and pause. The room holds a quiet confidence; softened by calm proportions, tactile materials, and drenched in high gloss red.
Some of the details in the bedroom include art by @j.brian, marble slabs from @davincimarble, lighting from @hershdesign, @desousahughes and @pacesupplycorp, a chair from @desousahughes, hardware from @hoffmanhardware, faux paneling by @nicolehaydenart, plants by @hofbsonoma, and fabric from @desousahughes, @rosemaryhallgarten, @sandrajordanprimaalpaca, and @shearsandwindowsinc and lacquer paint in the bar by @finepaintsofeurope from @grayspaints_ca.
Some of the details in the dressing room include marble slabs and tile from @davincimarble, @artistic_tile, and @mcintyretile, lighting by @hershdesign, hardware by @hoffmanhardware, plants by @hofbsonoma, bar and mirro from @premierbathkitchen_ @pacesupplycorp, fabric from @rosemaryhallgarten and @sandrajordanprimaalpaca.

La Salle de Sérénité by @bylizettemarie
This primary bathroom balances contemporary restraint with reverence for the home’s historic character. Conceived as an intimate escape the space doesn’t immediately reveal itself as a bathroom, but as a beautifully paneled room. The paneling reads as a continuous architectural surface that reveals hidden storage and a discreetly concealed water closet, allowing the room to unfold with quiet intention. Daily rituals are elevated through a refined glass and brass shower enclosure lined in mirrored porcelain tile, a thoughtfully integrated makeup vanity. vintage brass plumbing, and a freestanding tub placed beneath a skylight. Rich dark wood and striking stone envelop the space, echoing the craftsmanship and material depth found throughout the home.
Some details in Lizette’s space include mirrored shower tile by @annsacks, lighting by @brightbound, @sklostudio and @visualcomfort, marble mosaic and stone slabs from @davincimarble, art from @jessicasilvermangallery, fabric from @hewnsf, ottoman by @commercialseatingspecialists and window treatment by @casamance and @hartmannforbes @shearsandwindowinc.

The Rear Garden by @martinellidesign with @youngandburton
The space was inspired by the Year of the Fire Horse, providing calm, retraint, and quiet continuity. A palette of neutral earth toned browns, black, white, blues and greens allows texture and filtered coastal light to take precendence over bold color, subtly preparing the canvas for the fiery red foliage to come. A monolithic waterfall fountain offers both sculptural presence and a gentle, contemplative sound to reinforce stillness. Limestone pavers, guide movement toward an intimate gathering space around a boulder-shaped fire table. An elevated outdoor kitchen is discreetly integrated while preserving the garden’s quiet harmony.
Some of the details of Martinelli’s garden include plants from @devilmountainnursery, the fountain and fire table from @stoneyardinc, limestone pavers, stone slabs and wall veneer from @davincimarble, upholstery from @perennialsfabrics, @desousahughes and Sewn Cushion, outdoor kitchen, furniture and planters by @poliformsf, outdoor dining table and chairs from @desousahughes, landscape lighting by @spjlighting and decking material by @millboard_live_life_outside.

The Instagram Story Viewer is an easy tool that lets you secretly watch and save Instagram stories, videos, photos, or IGTV. With this service, you can download content and enjoy it offline whenever you like. If you find something interesting on Instagram that you’d like to check out later or want to view stories while staying anonymous, our Viewer is perfect for you. Anonstories offers an excellent solution for keeping your identity hidden. Instagram first launched the Stories feature in August 2023, which was quickly adopted by other platforms due to its engaging, time-sensitive format. Stories let users share quick updates, whether photos, videos, or selfies, enhanced with text, emojis, or filters, and are visible for only 24 hours. This limited time frame creates high engagement compared to regular posts. In today’s world, Stories are one of the most popular ways to connect and communicate on social media. However, when you view a Story, the creator can see your name in their viewer list, which may be a privacy concern. What if you wish to browse Stories without being noticed? Here’s where Anonstories becomes useful. It allows you to watch public Instagram content without revealing your identity. Simply enter the username of the profile you’re curious about, and the tool will display their latest Stories. Features of Anonstories Viewer: - Anonymous Browsing: Watch Stories without showing up on the viewer list. - No Account Needed: View public content without signing up for an Instagram account. - Content Download: Save any Stories content directly to your device for offline use. - View Highlights: Access Instagram Highlights, even beyond the 24-hour window. - Repost Monitoring: Track the reposts or engagement levels on Stories for personal profiles. Limitations: - This tool works only with public accounts; private accounts remain inaccessible. Benefits: - Privacy-Friendly: Watch any Instagram content without being noticed. - Simple and Easy: No app installation or registration required. - Exclusive Tools: Download and manage content in ways Instagram doesn’t offer.
