Never posted these finished murals for the @kj.bit laneway jam back in September. I felt it made sense to share these on Hayley’s birthday (Happy Birthday, you gem!)

It was incredibly special to collab with one of my best buds and paint alongside a bunch of our friends for a weekend. Only Hayley and I know how many obstacles we had in our way (the biggest one being a cancelled returning flight.) But somehow when everything goes wrong, it goes right.

Here all are 31 of my pieces from @peachtober

I’ve never done a monthly challenge so I went to it, not wanting to put too much pressure on myself, but with the main goals being to do as many as I could and to just have fun. I’m proud that I was able to consistently do this thing every day. It pushed me out of my comfort zone and allowed me to experiment with colours and subjects that I wouldn’t normally, forcing me to create without thinking too much about it.
