Hejamoli from a small Xmas choir retreat — girls on the base, hearts together.
Stay cozy, stay warm, stay connected, and a very happy new year, everyone!
Remember our concert in the early June? We received the footage, and happy to share these memories with you.
"Brigg Fair" is an old-school English folk tune named after a real-life fair in Brigg, Lincolnshire. It tells the story of a young guy heading to the fair, dressed in his finest, heart full of hope, ready to meet the girl he loves. It's got that classic folk vibe — romantic, a little wistful, and full of countryside charm.
Here’s a cool bit of history — the first known recording of the song was made in 1907 on a wax cylinder. Folk song enthusiast Percy Grainger recorded Joseph Taylor singing just two verses, but he loved the tune so much he gave it a full makeover. He arranged it for five-part choir with a tenor solo and added three extra verses from other folk songs like "Low Down in the Broom" and "The Merry King."

Introducing our second guest act for next Thursday at @genezarethkirche_startbahn, @_olmo__! He’ll be sharing a solo set with us, and we couldn’t be more excited. Here’s a clip of his title track from his latest EP, “you are here.”
In his own words:
Francesco ‘Olmo’ Lo Giudice is an Italian singer, composer, and multi-instrumentalist based in Berlin. Blending poetic songwriting with a cinematic sonic palette, Francesco’s work spans folk, experimental pop, and alternative electronic music — balancing intimacy and social awareness.

A couple months ago, on a day of a solar eclipse, we had an opportunity to get recorded in Funkhaus by amazing @halffishhalforen and his team.
A song in this video is called Lay a Garland. Composed by Robert Lucas de Pearsall in 1840, it originates from the Jacobean play The Maid’s Tragedy (c. 1610), written by Francis Beaumont and John Fletcher.
In the play, the poem is spoken by Aspatia, a noblewoman abandoned by her fiancé Amintor, who is forced to marry another woman, Evadne, to cover up the king’s affair. Though betrayed, Aspatia clings to her honor and fidelity, says “Bury me with flowers, I stayed loyal while he didn’t,” and dies of a heartbreak.
That line? “Lay a garland on my hearse…” is hers. Composer Robert Pearsall picked it up centuries later and turned it into the most gorgeous breakup anthem. Eight-voices harmony, zero mercy.
Vielen Dank to our recording team, that made the process so smooth and joyful:

Not 1000…not 2000….it’s @singen3000 🌬️
Singen3000 is dedicated to one of the oldest ways of producing beauty and a shared sense of belonging: polyphonic singing. Polyphony crafts harmony through difference; we attune our contrasting voices to tell a story with each song. We siphon off the more dazzling aspects of the stuffy world of classical music and repurpose them to invoke connection beyond the cloister. Our repertoire ranges from Ukrainian folk songs and 500-year-old madrigals to adaptations of Meghan Trainor and Steven Universe.
Don’t miss this performance of accapella bangers from @singen3000 at Resonance LIVE on 22.02.2025 @90mil___ 🎤🎶
For all event updates, join our Telegram group & make sure to RSVP on Resident Advisor (links in our bio).

Performing ‘Just Let Go’ @studio.db.berlin with @singen3000 , a ‘lil tearjerker I wrote about (not) reaching out for support during some very on-brand corona depression. The transformation from writing this in a state of complete despair to performing it with people who made me feel safe, loved, and secure again… I’ll be forever grateful.

The Instagram Story Viewer is an easy tool that lets you secretly watch and save Instagram stories, videos, photos, or IGTV. With this service, you can download content and enjoy it offline whenever you like. If you find something interesting on Instagram that you’d like to check out later or want to view stories while staying anonymous, our Viewer is perfect for you. Anonstories offers an excellent solution for keeping your identity hidden. Instagram first launched the Stories feature in August 2023, which was quickly adopted by other platforms due to its engaging, time-sensitive format. Stories let users share quick updates, whether photos, videos, or selfies, enhanced with text, emojis, or filters, and are visible for only 24 hours. This limited time frame creates high engagement compared to regular posts. In today’s world, Stories are one of the most popular ways to connect and communicate on social media. However, when you view a Story, the creator can see your name in their viewer list, which may be a privacy concern. What if you wish to browse Stories without being noticed? Here’s where Anonstories becomes useful. It allows you to watch public Instagram content without revealing your identity. Simply enter the username of the profile you’re curious about, and the tool will display their latest Stories. Features of Anonstories Viewer: - Anonymous Browsing: Watch Stories without showing up on the viewer list. - No Account Needed: View public content without signing up for an Instagram account. - Content Download: Save any Stories content directly to your device for offline use. - View Highlights: Access Instagram Highlights, even beyond the 24-hour window. - Repost Monitoring: Track the reposts or engagement levels on Stories for personal profiles. Limitations: - This tool works only with public accounts; private accounts remain inaccessible. Benefits: - Privacy-Friendly: Watch any Instagram content without being noticed. - Simple and Easy: No app installation or registration required. - Exclusive Tools: Download and manage content in ways Instagram doesn’t offer.
