KC STEM Alliance
We’re a collaborative of educators, business partners and organizations working together to inspire interest and skills in STEM.

Why is it called Remake Learning Days?
Because when community shows up together, we don’t just support learning - we reshape how it’s experienced.
This weekend made that real and we’d like to give a huge thank you and round of applause to @johnsoncountycommunitycollege for hosting such an energizing preview into what Remake Learning Days can be. JCCC continues to lead as a true advocate for STEM in our region, not just by opening their doors, but by helping reimagine what STEM can look and feel like for young learners.
Kids weren’t just “learning about STEM” on Saturday. They were moving, building, experimenting, and connecting ideas across music, nature, and the world around them. They were asking questions, trying things, figuring it out in real time.
When that happens, we see kindle a spark kindled. Families lean in. Community members get curious. The energy spreads. What could feel scary becomes welcoming, shared, and really fun. Kids walk away with confidence, curiosity, and the understanding that learning is for them.
When we start early, and when learning is rooted in wonder and discovery, we’re not just teaching concepts. We’re showing kids what’s possible and that they belong.
This is what it looks like when we comes together and show young people the way.
This is Remake Learning Days.
And the momentum doesn’t stop here. From May 9th through the 17th, we get to remake learning together!
Remake Learning Days is bringing hands-on STEM experiences to neighborhoods all across our region. That means more chances to explore, build, ask questions, and discover what’s possible.
Keep the curiosity going. Keep the energy alive.

Math literacy isn’t just about school. It’s about who can make informed decisions about money, healthcare, careers. It's also about who gets left out and why.
Right now, only about 1 in 3 U.S. adults are considered numerate, meaning the majority of people are navigating critical life decisions without the confidence or skills to work with numbers. That has real consequences for individuals, for our workforce, and for our communities.
That’s why we’re bringing the award-winning documentary Counted Out to Kansas City with our partners, @jedunnconstruction.
Join us for a free screening on May 11th, followed by a happy hour and conversation with educators, families, industry partners, and community leaders who are actively working to move the needle on math literacy with STEM Connect-KC.
This event is about understanding the challenge ahead of us, connecting with people doing the work, and figuring out where you fit in.
Seats have been going fast, but we’ve opened up a few more. Once they're gone, they're gone so be sure to secure your FREE ticket soon! 🔗 in bio.

The energy was incredible.
Yesterday, 370+ students showed up to the @nationalwwimuseum to pitch their capstone projects at the PLTW High School Senior Showcase. And they delivered.
Engineering, biomedical, and PSA projects that were thoughtful, creative, and genuinely impressive.
They did the work. And it showed.
The future isn’t coming, it’s already here. Can you feel it?

The Greater Kansas City Regional closed out the regular FIRST Robotics Competition season, and it brought the full range of what this program is all about - big wins, tough losses, and teams pushing through to the very end.
At this point in the season, there’s no coasting. Every match reflects months of work, fast decisions, and real pressure. Some things come together at exactly the right time, others don’t, and both outcomes are part of what these students learn to navigate.
Huge congratulations to the teams who competed and to this year’s award winners:

Join us tomorrow, 4/28, for one of the most inspiring events of the year.
The 2026 PLTW High School Senior Showcase celebrates graduating @pltworg students as they present their senior capstone projects from Engineering Design & Development and Biomedical Innovation.
This is where learning turns into action. Students spend months identifying real-world problems, researching, designing, testing, and refining solutions - then step into a professional setting to present their work to the community.
It’s hands-on, applied, and deeply rooted in the skills that matter: critical thinking, collaboration, communication, and problem-solving.
You’ll see everything from engineering prototypes to biomedical innovations, projects that reflect not just what students know, but what they can do.
These students aren’t just preparing for the future, they’re actively building it.

If math is something you just “got through” in school, Counted Out might shift your perspective.
Numeracy isn’t about passing a test. It’s about who understands the systems shaping money, healthcare, and opportunity - and who doesn’t.
Watch the trailer, then register to join us May 11 with JE Dunn, STEM Connect-KC, and partners across the ecosystem (link in bio).
Thanks to our hosts, we’ll screen the film in the beautiful, world-class @jedunnconstruction headquarters and then stick around for a real conversation.
Preparing future leaders for the real world doesn’t just take a village. It takes a nation of engaged, informed people willing to do the work to move STEM education forward.
We hope you’ll be one of them on the 11th.
Seats are limited for this free event so RSVP soon!

We use math to make decisions every day and yet, most adults in the U.S. struggle with basic numeracy.
That shows up everywhere, from paychecks to healthcare, and determines who gets access to opportunities. Two in three adults can’t pass a basic numeracy test, and whether we realize it or not, that shapes social and economic outcomes.
Join STEM Connect-KC and @jedunnconstruction for a happy hour and screening of Counted Out, the award-winning documentary that explores how math influences access, opportunity, and who gets a voice in our society.
Math literacy isn’t just a school issue - it’s something that touches all of us. Real change takes parents, civic leaderes, educators, and workforce and industry partners working together. If you're reading this, your voice is needed!
Heavy hors d'oeuvres and beverages will be provided. This event is FREE but seats are limited so RSVP ASAP.
We’d love to have you join us!

The Instagram Story Viewer is an easy tool that lets you secretly watch and save Instagram stories, videos, photos, or IGTV. With this service, you can download content and enjoy it offline whenever you like. If you find something interesting on Instagram that you’d like to check out later or want to view stories while staying anonymous, our Viewer is perfect for you. Anonstories offers an excellent solution for keeping your identity hidden. Instagram first launched the Stories feature in August 2023, which was quickly adopted by other platforms due to its engaging, time-sensitive format. Stories let users share quick updates, whether photos, videos, or selfies, enhanced with text, emojis, or filters, and are visible for only 24 hours. This limited time frame creates high engagement compared to regular posts. In today’s world, Stories are one of the most popular ways to connect and communicate on social media. However, when you view a Story, the creator can see your name in their viewer list, which may be a privacy concern. What if you wish to browse Stories without being noticed? Here’s where Anonstories becomes useful. It allows you to watch public Instagram content without revealing your identity. Simply enter the username of the profile you’re curious about, and the tool will display their latest Stories. Features of Anonstories Viewer: - Anonymous Browsing: Watch Stories without showing up on the viewer list. - No Account Needed: View public content without signing up for an Instagram account. - Content Download: Save any Stories content directly to your device for offline use. - View Highlights: Access Instagram Highlights, even beyond the 24-hour window. - Repost Monitoring: Track the reposts or engagement levels on Stories for personal profiles. Limitations: - This tool works only with public accounts; private accounts remain inaccessible. Benefits: - Privacy-Friendly: Watch any Instagram content without being noticed. - Simple and Easy: No app installation or registration required. - Exclusive Tools: Download and manage content in ways Instagram doesn’t offer.
Keep track of Instagram updates discreetly while protecting your privacy and staying anonymous.
View profiles and photos anonymously with ease using the Private Profile Viewer.
This free tool allows you to view Instagram Stories anonymously, ensuring your activity remains hidden from the story uploader.
Anonstories lets users view Instagram stories without alerting the creator.
Works seamlessly on iOS, Android, Windows, macOS, and modern browsers like Chrome and Safari.
Prioritizes secure, anonymous browsing without requiring login credentials.
Users can view public stories by simply entering a username—no account needed.
Downloads photos (JPEG) and videos (MP4) with ease.
The service is free to use.
Content from private accounts can only be accessed by followers.
Files are for personal or educational use only and must comply with copyright rules.
Enter a public username to view or download stories. The service generates direct links for saving content locally.
