the kombucha is a mind altering drink makes employees work themselves to desk. i got to go back to chicago and production design a feature with a script i really loved with some of my favorite indie folks. this was one of the most challenging, yet fulfilling projects to be a part of. being able to make genre movies with other genuine movie nerds who love what they do is something i hold deeply in my heart.
the LA premiere was a new core memory, i wish i could make it to the chicago premiere but im so excited for everyone who worked so hard to be able see it at one of the best film festivals @chicagoundergroundfilmfest next month. SOLD OUT nonetheless!
i’m forever indebted to my art team who put their all into this project and stayed on the ride with me ❤️

this project was truly such a dream from start to finish. getting to create a dreamy, hyperrealistic bedroom that visualizes that “head in the clouds” of romanticizing life, longing for something else, all of it ✨
