Clarity in Communication - was the theme of the last community day. We worked on the quality of listening by receiving through a clean filter and patience.
The quality of a threading exchange depends on the quality of your communication. Are you clear with your actions? Are you able to receive the feedback from the other while you give? Are you moving towards the same goal? Many layers got exposed. Luckily we have clear exercises to navigate these waters.
You want to try? Every first Saturday of the month is our Threading Theatre Community Day. A space to connect, dive into the language of threading and explore your embodiment within.
Upcoming workshops:
- London | Sunday, 19 April
- Utrecht | Saturday, 2 May [collaboration workshop between @justin.dejager & @drew_worldx] ARMS - spirals & threads
Also, our yearly Movement Retreat is happening 3-8 August in Drenthe, The Netherlands. Information will be online soon. Can’t wait? DM @justin.dejager for all the info.

We will working with this exact frame on Saturday during the workshop part of the community day.

Front / Back door:
Every opening has two sides it can be entered from. A front door and a back door.
Portal:
Openings that have the capacity for a full body to pass through.
Frame of video:
- One limb threads through one door, another limb through the other door.
- Once inside the opening, the hand and foot find each other.
- Original grips releases, one of the limbs stays inside the opening and the rest of the body travels all the way through the portal.
- Repeat this order and play with all the possibilities within.
- Eventually you can leave this frame to enter free exploration, knowing you can always return to this idea when you get lost.
This is one of many frames within the Threading Theatre Method.
Come and experience it for yourself.
Soon we will announce the dates of all our upcoming workshops and yearly Movement Retreat.
Until then, commit to a grip and explore all the possibilities that come from holding on.

SA 7 MARCH -> Threading Theatre Community Day #3
📍Utrecht, The Netherlands
Program:
11:00-14:00 | Workshop
15:00-18:00 | Research + Creation
19:00-21:30 | Jam
This community day is an opportunity for everyone who wants to learn, connect and exchange through the language of threading. We structured the program in a way that is accessible for everyone. No dance experience needed, just curiosity!
What to expect?
Workshop:
For everybody who wants to learn the fundamentals of threading. In this workshop we will dive into different elements of the language and learn the methodology to put the principles into action. This is the moment to become a student once more, to be curious and to play, wherever you are in your movement practice.
Research + Creation:
From the learning we go into playing. We dive deeper into the theatricality of the language. As a group and individually there is a freedom to explore concepts and patterns while having a shared vocabulary and grammar to work with.
Jam:
To meet, to greet, to dare to go and find the unknown. The evening arrives and at this time we allow our brains to go silent and to surrender to the body. Together we carry the space, creating safety to go into your bubble or daring to meet and to find the inbetween space together. Let’s go!
Fee for the entire day is 40 euros.
If you only want to come for the workshop, the fee is 30 euros.
Register your spot on www.threadingtheatre.com or DM @justin.dejager for questions.
Hope to see you there! 🫶🏻🔗🫂🤍
Jamming is the best way to put your mind in the passengers seat and let the body drive. After a full day of exploration through clear principals, we understood the task and invited play to guide us. Taking each others to places that we always knew existed.

The Instagram Story Viewer is an easy tool that lets you secretly watch and save Instagram stories, videos, photos, or IGTV. With this service, you can download content and enjoy it offline whenever you like. If you find something interesting on Instagram that you’d like to check out later or want to view stories while staying anonymous, our Viewer is perfect for you. Anonstories offers an excellent solution for keeping your identity hidden. Instagram first launched the Stories feature in August 2023, which was quickly adopted by other platforms due to its engaging, time-sensitive format. Stories let users share quick updates, whether photos, videos, or selfies, enhanced with text, emojis, or filters, and are visible for only 24 hours. This limited time frame creates high engagement compared to regular posts. In today’s world, Stories are one of the most popular ways to connect and communicate on social media. However, when you view a Story, the creator can see your name in their viewer list, which may be a privacy concern. What if you wish to browse Stories without being noticed? Here’s where Anonstories becomes useful. It allows you to watch public Instagram content without revealing your identity. Simply enter the username of the profile you’re curious about, and the tool will display their latest Stories. Features of Anonstories Viewer: - Anonymous Browsing: Watch Stories without showing up on the viewer list. - No Account Needed: View public content without signing up for an Instagram account. - Content Download: Save any Stories content directly to your device for offline use. - View Highlights: Access Instagram Highlights, even beyond the 24-hour window. - Repost Monitoring: Track the reposts or engagement levels on Stories for personal profiles. Limitations: - This tool works only with public accounts; private accounts remain inaccessible. Benefits: - Privacy-Friendly: Watch any Instagram content without being noticed. - Simple and Easy: No app installation or registration required. - Exclusive Tools: Download and manage content in ways Instagram doesn’t offer.
Keep track of Instagram updates discreetly while protecting your privacy and staying anonymous.
View profiles and photos anonymously with ease using the Private Profile Viewer.
This free tool allows you to view Instagram Stories anonymously, ensuring your activity remains hidden from the story uploader.
Anonstories lets users view Instagram stories without alerting the creator.

Prioritizes secure, anonymous browsing without requiring login credentials.
Users can view public stories by simply entering a username—no account needed.
Downloads photos (JPEG) and videos (MP4) with ease.
The service is free to use.
Content from private accounts can only be accessed by followers.
