Let’s talk about LED (aka neon) signs and custom backdrops. If you are saying “I do” or working with custom photo ops and backdrops, this is for you. 💡📸

🟡 LED (NEON) SIGNS: These signs are typically made from plexiglass, which is reflective. When it comes to design, they can be cut in different ways. Signs cut to the backplane tend to be very reflective, which will not work for photos with a flash (think photo booth or most of the professional photo ops in low light). Signs cut to letter, on the other hand, photograph best. 🌟

🟡 CUSTOM BACKDROPS AND PHOTO OPS: When creating custom backdrops or photo ops, keep a few things in mind: the size, the materials (consider their reflectiveness), and whether the backdrop might pose a tripping hazard.

After a full day of listening to expert panelists (including our own Glen Fladeboe), hearing some of the latest trends in the world of non-profit events and networking with some of the best in the biz, the consultants took a moment to visit the @timeintopixels photo booth.
