Join us for a special night of music and film at Tiny Telephone on April 3:
Infinite Escalator is a Moonrun Picture, a psychedelic surf film, a journey through the waves and mysterious locations of mainland Mexico, directed, scored, and shot primarily on 16mm film by Justin Kohlberg. The film will be accompanied by a live score performance from the Infinite Escalator, an all-star band ft. some of the Bay Area’s finest musicians.
Like a West Coast Dr. John—but more preoccupied with flying saucers than voodoo dolls—Skyway Man is in the business of opening new aural worlds, cracking open reality just enough to get the message through. Cooking up genres in such a way as to keep their nutrients intact, he packs prog, blues, glam rock, swamp boogie, and future folk into a beautiful Martian bouillon.
BYOB, $20 Suggested donation, All proceeds will be donated to CHIRLA Coalition. !Chinga la Migra!
The Coalition for Humane Immigrant Rights (CHIRLA) was founded in 1986. CHIRLA is a California leader with national impact made of diverse immigrant families and individuals who act as agents of social change to achieve a world with freedom of mobility, full human rights, and true participatory democracy. CHIRLA’s mission is to achieve a just society fully inclusive of immigrants.

Yesterday was our first time recording together, at @tiny.telephone in Oakland. You’re telling me I get to spend my time making cool shit with my friends?? 🥹 Can’t wait to show you all what we’ve cooked up
Just had to get that one piano note on tape at half speed 😊 got just few more of these coming. Some of them I’ve posted before but thought it’d be fun to show where they ended up. Happy Halloween and go listen to Kablooey @polyvinylrecords when you get a chance! @tiny.telephone ❤️❤️❤️

secret retreat “3” is out now - this one is super special to me, as it connected many wonderful people & far-flung places over time.
paul, marcus, and rachel arrived at Tiny Telephone with open minds and an inclination to experiment. we approached each song individually, without concern for how it would all fit together. mostly we had fun chasing sounds and ideas as we heard them.
we built the closing song “Two Places” on top of a tape loop of Paul’s ambient guitar - I remember landing the splice on my first attempt, which felt promising.
overdubs continued in Austin and Tokyo while a tremendous amount of living happened for everyone involved. eventually it all came back to me to mix.
massive thanks and lots of love to Paul and everyone involved for your trust & patience. apologies if I missed anyone!

White Crate is hosting an intimate, stripped down concert at Tiny Telephone Recording Studio in Oakland on Monday, September 15th
This concert showcases Noelle and the Deserters and Josiah Flores - two of the Bay’s best country artists (both put out incredible records on Speakeasy Studios recently) - in one of the most unique spaces to see live music: the beautiful recording studio at Tiny Telephone, a room steeped in history where some of our favorite songs have been recorded over the years.
We have very limited space to enjoy this concert in person (DM us for details), but as a bonus, we’ll be live streaming the event on Twitch, thanks to our partners at The Complex.
If you love intimate, unplugged concerts by incredibly talented artists at the forefront of the Bay Area’s music scene, then you’ll love our new concert series. We’ll see you at Tiny Telephone!

beyond excited to see this project coming into the world - you have no idea what you’re in for.
few sessions have pushed me as an engineer & made use of the studio like this one. tracking with Damani at the speed of inspiration. the power of Vadia’s voice and words filling the live room and these songs. afterhours with Tongo’s poetry at the speed of sound. strings and horns and magic pianos. their powers combine like Voltron and the resulting art is astonishing.
massive thanks to BJ for connecting all of the dots, and endless gratitude to Gautam for bringing all of us together into the studio to make this magic.

Anonstories offers an excellent solution for keeping your identity hidden. Features of Anonstories Viewer: - Anonymous Browsing: Watch Stories without showing up on the viewer list. - No Account Needed: View public content without signing up for an Instagram account. - Content Download: Save any Stories content directly to your device for offline use. - View Highlights: Access Instagram Highlights, even beyond the 24-hour window. - Repost Monitoring: Track the reposts or engagement levels on Stories for personal profiles. Limitations: - This tool works only with public accounts; private accounts remain inaccessible. Benefits: - Privacy-Friendly: Watch any Instagram content without being noticed. - Simple and Easy: No app installation or registration required. - Exclusive Tools: Download and manage content in ways Instagram doesn’t offer.
