We are incredibly excited to have Chl0ecurry and Tomi Rose perform as a duo this coming Saturday! @chl0ecurry @tomrosetcr

They are multidisciplinary artists and musicians, whose work brings together elements of pagan ritual, architecture and minerals.
Using two harps, electronics, found objects and instruments, they will create incandescent tones and immersive sound. Don’t ⚔️ miss this one and grab your tickets.

THANK YOU FOR COMING TO SECRET CEREMONY BY @lost.art.media X @dashthehengestore 🖤🤍🖤🤍

This Thursday we hosted the last screening of our TAROT SEASON at our beloved @liveatstgiles .

We thought it fitting to finish up with a homage to the big guy downstairs (Satan, of course😉👹), so we showed BLACK NARCISSUS (1947). Its themes of bondage, unhealthy desire, and temptation channelled the energy of the tarot’s devil card.

Special thanks go to @chl0ecurry and @tomrosetcr for the haunting harp and experimental electronica that drenched the evening in eerie atmosphere.

Our next season starts in Feb, so keep your eyes peeled… we’ll be announcing new events soon👀

To get first dibs on tickets, make sure you’re signed up to newsletter. Link in bio.

Today marks my last day as a full time rascal at the Design Museum before freelance. I wanted to take a moment to reflect on the project that brought me back…

Taking on a gigantic exhibition like The World of Tim Burton was beyond words intimidating. I spent many sleepless nights deliberating over whether I could feasibly take it on, and many, many, many more when I was responsible for the thing (sorry Cam 💙). As a film lover, I was tipped over the edge purely by virtue of the fact my primary task involved rewatching those magical films that made me feel less lonesome as an odd child and adolescent in rural Ireland.

We’ve been shortlisted in the exhibition of the year category at the Museums + Heritage Awards; by no means a singular effort. Many wonderful and ridiculously thoughtful people came together to make this such a special project. Thank you in abundance…

Assistant Curator // Hadeel Eltayeb
Project Managers // Gabria Lupone, Giulia Cozzi and Alice Bell
Tim Burton Productions // Brandi Pomfret, Sadie Doherty and Cale Wilbanks
Interpretation Editor // Susan Dymond
Exhibition Design // Hara Clark
Lighting Design // BEAM Lighting Design
Graphic Design // Regular Practice
Exhibition Build // MER Services Ltd
Graphic Production // OMNI Colour
Audio-visual // Blue Elephant
Sound Design // Tomi Rose (wait to the end of this carousel for a wonderful deep dive into this actual genius’ mind 🫂)
Film Commissions // Carlos Jimenez (the first slide is a snippet of Carlos’s film)
Fine Art Installation // Patina Art Collection Care
In-house Technical Team // Raf Wojas, Francis Brittin and Marc Cowan
Conservation // Atelier Nine and Bathe Conservation Services

The World of Tim Burton was initially conceived by a remarkably talented curator, Jenny He (@jenny.he.film <3).

Of course, more than anything, thanks go to Mr Burton himself – thank you for trusting us with your story, and for letting me think about anthropomorphic limbs and a person with scissors for hands on a regular old work day.

View Instagram Stories in Secret

The Instagram Story Viewer is an easy tool that lets you secretly watch and save Instagram stories, videos, photos, or IGTV. With this service, you can download content and enjoy it offline whenever you like. If you find something interesting on Instagram that you’d like to check out later or want to view stories while staying anonymous, our Viewer is perfect for you. Anonstories offers an excellent solution for keeping your identity hidden. Instagram first launched the Stories feature in August 2023, which was quickly adopted by other platforms due to its engaging, time-sensitive format. Stories let users share quick updates, whether photos, videos, or selfies, enhanced with text, emojis, or filters, and are visible for only 24 hours. This limited time frame creates high engagement compared to regular posts. In today’s world, Stories are one of the most popular ways to connect and communicate on social media. However, when you view a Story, the creator can see your name in their viewer list, which may be a privacy concern. What if you wish to browse Stories without being noticed? Here’s where Anonstories becomes useful. It allows you to watch public Instagram content without revealing your identity. Simply enter the username of the profile you’re curious about, and the tool will display their latest Stories. Features of Anonstories Viewer: - Anonymous Browsing: Watch Stories without showing up on the viewer list. - No Account Needed: View public content without signing up for an Instagram account. - Content Download: Save any Stories content directly to your device for offline use. - View Highlights: Access Instagram Highlights, even beyond the 24-hour window. - Repost Monitoring: Track the reposts or engagement levels on Stories for personal profiles. Limitations: - This tool works only with public accounts; private accounts remain inaccessible. Benefits: - Privacy-Friendly: Watch any Instagram content without being noticed. - Simple and Easy: No app installation or registration required. - Exclusive Tools: Download and manage content in ways Instagram doesn’t offer.
