We are thrilled to announce that our new Lomond Nursery is now up and running. Working in partnership with the @rspb.scotland, the site will be used to grow local provenance native plants and trees to help supply nature restoration projects in the National Park. The nursery will be a hub for nature engagement, skills development and volunteering – which we’ll be developing over the coming months, so stay tuned!

🌿 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗹𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗥𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗧𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘀𝘂𝗿𝗲𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝗚𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗳𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗼𝗰𝗵!
We’re excited to share reflections from Euan Palmer, Community Project Coordinator at @strathfillantrust, who came along to our recent Rapid Rainforest Assessment Training workshop in Glenfalloch 🌿
“We had a fantastic day out with Oliver, who helped the group get more familiar with the many lichens and bryophytes found just a short distance from the campsite. We quickly came across an old fallen ash tree, with a range of special species such as tree lungwort and kidney lichen. We didn't go much further, as we slowly browsed around the mature birch and oak woodland, stumbling over a range of wonderful species.
The session finished with the group completing a Rapid Rainforest Assessment, which sparked lots of interesting conversation and thoughts. The day ended with some coffee and cakes, courtesy of Beinglas Campsite (thank you!).
A big thanks to Oliver and @plantlife.loveplants for hosting the session, and to everyone who joined on the day!”

What a fantastic day we had last Monday at our annual All Group Walk! Each year we bring our Walk in the Park community together to connect and explore somewhere new - and Aberfoyle did not disappoint.
Despite uncertain weather, 81 enthusiastic walkers joined us from across the National Park. There was a real buzz as people arrived, with warm reunions and new friendships forming among both familiar and first-time faces.
Walkers chose from three scenic routes, making the most of Aberfoyle’s fantastic path network. The views were stunning, with vibrant bluebells adding the perfect seasonal touch 🌿
We finished up at Aberfoyle Memorial Village Hall with well-earned refreshments and a delicious spread of home baking, lovingly prepared by our amazing volunteers and participants.
As one walker said: “A lovely walk. Good company. Great coffee and cake. Very well organised. Perfect.”
Reflecting during Green Health Week, it’s been wonderful to hear how much the day meant to those who joined us. Many shared the benefits of connecting with nature and others - feeling more confident, peaceful, and at one with nature.
A huge thank you to everyone who took part, to Angus from Lyme Resource Centre Scotland for sharing tick awareness advice, and to our fantastic volunteers who made the day so welcoming, safe, and enjoyable 💚

💚 It’s #MentalHealthAwarenessWeek, and this year’s theme is ‘action’.
What action can you take to support your own or someone else’s mental health?
Each week, over a 100 people across the National Park join us for Walk in the Park or Strength & Balance. We recently surveyed our participants and found out that:
⭐ Over three quarters of walkers, and 6 in 10 Strength & Balance participants, feel that taking part in these activities improved their mental health and wellbeing.
⭐ More than 9 in 10 walkers, and 7 in 10 Strength & Balance participants, feel taking part helps them improve their social connection to others and their community.

🎉𝗠𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗧𝗼𝗴𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿 - 𝗔𝗻𝗻𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗔𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗹!🙌
April has been a busy and celebratory month for our Movement Together project, with several group anniversaries marked across the region.
Mid-month saw the Balloch 'Walk in the Park' group celebrate its 12th anniversary, remembering where it all began with that first walk along the River Leven towpath, followed by refreshments at The Queen of the Loch. We were delighted to welcome new, returning and long-standing members, including some who now volunteer as Walk Leaders.
We also celebrated the 18th anniversary of Callander 'Walk in the Park', which started back in 2008 with just seven walkers and has grown but still continues to be a welcoming, safe and inclusive group for all. In between, cake featured prominently as we also marked the anniversaries of our Strength and Balance sessions with Drymen who celebrated two years and Callander who celebrated an even longer history of helping participants.
Thank you to everyone who supports our activities. Our 2026 participation survey shows that 100% of participants would recommend them. To find out more, we'd love to hear from you - just drop us an email to: fiona@trustinthepark.org.

The Instagram Story Viewer is an easy tool that lets you secretly watch and save Instagram stories, videos, photos, or IGTV. With this service, you can download content and enjoy it offline whenever you like. If you find something interesting on Instagram that you’d like to check out later or want to view stories while staying anonymous, our Viewer is perfect for you. Anonstories offers an excellent solution for keeping your identity hidden. Instagram first launched the Stories feature in August 2023, which was quickly adopted by other platforms due to its engaging, time-sensitive format. Stories let users share quick updates, whether photos, videos, or selfies, enhanced with text, emojis, or filters, and are visible for only 24 hours. This limited time frame creates high engagement compared to regular posts. In today’s world, Stories are one of the most popular ways to connect and communicate on social media. However, when you view a Story, the creator can see your name in their viewer list, which may be a privacy concern. What if you wish to browse Stories without being noticed? Here’s where Anonstories becomes useful. It allows you to watch public Instagram content without revealing your identity. Simply enter the username of the profile you’re curious about, and the tool will display their latest Stories. Features of Anonstories Viewer: - Anonymous Browsing: Watch Stories without showing up on the viewer list. - No Account Needed: View public content without signing up for an Instagram account. - Content Download: Save any Stories content directly to your device for offline use. - View Highlights: Access Instagram Highlights, even beyond the 24-hour window. - Repost Monitoring: Track the reposts or engagement levels on Stories for personal profiles. Limitations: - This tool works only with public accounts; private accounts remain inaccessible. Benefits: - Privacy-Friendly: Watch any Instagram content without being noticed. - Simple and Easy: No app installation or registration required. - Exclusive Tools: Download and manage content in ways Instagram doesn’t offer.
Keep track of Instagram updates discreetly while protecting your privacy and staying anonymous.
View profiles and photos anonymously with ease using the Private Profile Viewer.
This free tool allows you to view Instagram Stories anonymously, ensuring your activity remains hidden from the story uploader.
Anonstories lets users view Instagram stories without alerting the creator.
Works seamlessly on iOS, Android, Windows, macOS, and modern browsers like Chrome and Safari.
Prioritizes secure, anonymous browsing without requiring login credentials.
Users can view public stories by simply entering a username—no account needed.
Downloads photos (JPEG) and videos (MP4) with ease.
The service is free to use.
Content from private accounts can only be accessed by followers.
Files are for personal or educational use only and must comply with copyright rules.
Enter a public username to view or download stories. The service generates direct links for saving content locally.
